My kids wanted a slurpee, and I accidentally didn't give them enough money to cover it and the gentlemen at the cashier told them it was ok. In my humble opinion that was very kind and demonstrated to me that they cared. Thank you staff at Esso.
M	Matilda Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pump wouldn't take my Esso card, then it only filled it about half way and quit (had way more money alloted). Pump had to be hand held instead of having a latch to hold it running. Car wash ran us through so fast, I think they must have cut it back on each cycle. Not pleased at the pump, for sure.
R	Robert Belland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Car Wash is supposed to be open at 7am each day but there's a grumpy older guy who closes every stall (every morning) while he sprays them down, one at a time. When we asked him how long it would take to clean he answered with anger: "Two Hours!" Why close every stall when he can only clean one at a time? And why clean when they first open? It makes no sense. This location doesn't care about customer service and so we go else where now.

The car wash didn't wash the top 1/4 or my rear hatchback window on my small SUV, and the dryer didn't have much power to it to clear the water off. When I got home and opened my door, I saw that the low power-washer didn't get the sludgy dirt on the bottom of my doors or wheel wells, the back was worse because the power-washer is on a 15 second timer. I think I will stick to the Shell or Canadian Tire car washes from now on.

M	Megan Malo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could’ve put 0 stars I would have. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Paid 14 bucks and my car was visibly dirty. My friends even pointed out all the extra dirt. DISAPPOINTED in your business. Get a better car wash
