S	Shalin Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Derrick there, this guy is so rude and my visit there was pretty awful, he had no smile on his face not welcoming and when I said that please behave well I am also working at RBC he said go have a nice day and all that he was not listening to me, he didn't even attended me very well from time I entered the store I think he is working there forcefully but now I am sure I will not come back and being regular customer I would say that I will never ever recommend to people I work with or my client, he doesn't know me how big my client base is in Saint Albert market when it comes to RBC trust me I will talk to everyone I know about this because this was horrible experience at Petro Canada gas pump I ever had.! Never expected even.. You guys should just train him and he needs to be very sorry to me he was not looking like apologizing he had enough attitude and that's what I hate it! I will review this on Google on my time. DERRICK is the guy never ever gonna come back and deal with you all!
S	Sarah Hemmerling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Went there and prepaid $5 and went to the bathroom while my boyfriend pumped gas. Boyfriend didn't know how much I paid for and it ended up filling the whole tank. When we went in to report it confused and concerned he said we owed him money- to which we didn't have, only that $5 that I gave him. He was very rude to us and told us we are trying to steal gas and at one point even told us to shut up and leave. Never going there again.

D	Dawson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff are not friendly, whatsoever. Every time I have been there, its something new. Selling me a sim card without activating it, pump doesnt work.. Went there tonight and filled my girlfriends car while she paid. She gave the guy $5, went to the bathroom while i filled the gas and we ended up getting $33 in gas. I didnt know she only gave him $5.. When we went back in the guy blamed it on us saying I gave her the money and that I should have stopped at 5. This place is completely unprofessional and the people that work there at night are some really slow and disrespectful stoners.

B	B L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through the car wash machine but it didn't activate the car wash apz. Told the cashier that it's not working. Told me to go again and it should work. Doesn't work. So I ask him for a voucher so can get a wash. I'll show him I have a season pass. He say call customer service he can't help me. Pedro Canada car wash is not part of them. First time I heard this. A ll the other Pedro Canada car wash print the voucher if I show them my season pass if the system is down. This location should get proper training for the employee. Just want what I paid for. Would think twice coming location.
