★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Starbucks, Subway and OJ's we come here often. Add to that a great drycleaners, and Dentist with M&M meats and it's a wonderful stop on the way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Starbucks line can impede traffic, and getting back onto St Albert Trail southbound can be a hassle. Other than that, lots of parking available and ample bins for garbage and recycling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice strip mall on the NW corner of St Albert Trail and Giroux Avenue. Gas and Convenience store, Starbucks, OJ's, drycleaning, Booster Juice, Subway, Fabutan, M&M Meats, Bright Dental and a few other retail stores and services make it an excellent local mall. Handicap parking in front of OJ's is challenging for those in a wheel chair or with mobility issues as the ramp is blocked by a large, regular parking spot.
