★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, rude, mean. I'm so sorry that I ever stopped there. I will never again stop at this location. Although it is in the neighbourhood I will not step onto that property. In fact I was so poorly treated I will not be visiting any other Esso locations. Shame on you for hiring such a poor employee to represent your brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weekend guy at esso today locked the door at 3pm today and I was in a rush to get somewhere and needed a car wash. I witnessed 25 people come and go because he would not open the doors. I will only go here now when I really need something and I used to go here daily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning, I had locked my keys, wallet and phone in my car and had to walk to Esso to call for help. The attendant allowed me to use their business phone although I did not buy anything. She could have easily told me no and to use the pay phone outside of the building but as she saw I was in a bind and clearly stressed out, she helped to the best of her capabilities. Wonderful service and I will make sure to use this location more often.

One thing I would like to mention is that I really miss the gal who used to work there back in 2016, because she used to always remind me to use my optimum card. These days I always miss out on the points though. Could have been a millionaire by now! ah well....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is a total scam. Good staff though and convenient location. For some reason they're "systems have been down" for the past 4 days and cash only. Something doesn't sound right. How can a system be down for that long where it's cash only??
