Gondola Pizza made and delivered its first pizza in Winnipeg in 1964. Our first restaurant was located at the corner of Oakenwald Avenue and Pembina Highway and we’re proud to say we’re still operating at the same site. Because of limited space, the commissary was first set up in the basement and the main floor restaurant became a convenient testing ground for our newly developed recipes.

“With a commitment to homemade quality, we created the world-famous Incomparable Original Thin Crust” pizza. Soon after, we developed our delicious pasta and rib dinners, which are still made using the original recipes.

To this day, Gondola Pizza takes pride in its long-standing traditions of exceptional quality and extraordinary service. We’ve grown from humble beginnings in Winnipeg to being Manitoba’s first choice in pizza, pasta, ribs, chicken wings, salads and so much more.

Through all of our years of expansion, Gondola Pizza has remained a locally owned and operated company. Every day, we continue to provide Manitobans with great pizza, good times and life-long memories.

Still wanted the pizza though so called the restaurant to place an order for delivery. Didn't have a great experience calling the store to re-order, however the district manager did call us back and offer to replace the order which we appreciated.

When we called 873 gandola pizza they were really rude about it. They hurt my religious beliefs. Instead of accepting fault they blamed uber eats. I was told by the gandola staff that he would hang up on me. Don't order from them.

The driver arrived at my house and demanded to see my identification and the credit card used to make the approved purchase before he would give me the food I ordered. I pointed out that this seemed unnecessary and somewhat insulting. He did not care. Well I do. Plenty of better pizza joints than this place. Especially with the proving your identity to obtain food. I will not order from there again.

We called and they said they would send us another pizza, then a few minutes later they called us back wanting the old pizza back( no one does that during Covid , I’m sure it’s protocol) plus some other guests were eating it . Delivery driver looked the pizza and said he can’t take it back and was going to charge me for the new pizza. The kid was very mouthy and so was his boss who I talked to on the phone. What were they going to do with the old pizza? Re-sell it? Just gross ! I’m from out of town, just visiting for a couple days and I tell anyone visiting Winnipeg , this pizza place is the worst. I would give this place zero starts but Thatd not an option in here.
