Esso - Richmond

It was my first time at this location. It was perfect because they had two east south entries and one south east entry. They had at least eight gas pumps on the site. They also had full service gas attendants. The fellow who attended me was a God among Men. The pumps were quite busy at the time I visited and my fuel tank was on the opposite side of the lane I was in so I had to very uncomfortably turn around and reverse into the pumping lane.. The attendant come out of the Twilight Zone darkness and directed my huge motor vehicle as he made eye contact in my door mirrors. . A saint. Promote him please.

It took me over 20mins to gas up because the pumps are so slow. This is a constant issue at this location, and they have no plans on fixing it. The attendant is extremely rude about it as well.

the store staff seems doesnt have knowledge or item product label means what they are selling. i bought "1device + 1 pack of 2pods" product label but the staff refuse to include the pods..saying he doesnt know what is it.. trying to sell the pack of pods even its clearly posted in front PLUS 1 PACK OF 2 PADS and looks like he doest even know what the item store selling..so i end up having the device only. i called the store to speak to the manager for proper explination about the item label..and now accusing me of harrasment and saying feeling scared..looks like the same person i talk to.. AND FYI IM REGULAR CUSTOMER THERE..but not anymore. 06-2-22 is the date i hope someone fix the small issue.. and someone answer my feedback.

Absolutely shameful service today first off he didn't want to pump my gas at a full service only designated station. Next a different attendant opened my passenger side door to hand me back my card even though my driver side window was open I have never in my 30+ years of driving had an attendant try to gain entrance to my vehicle. 3 he was to busy speaking with a colleague to notice my pump had finished. When I got his attention again he put the nozzle back tried to hand me my receipt then walked away he failed to put my gas cap back on my vehicle and would have let me drive away like that. I felt very fed up and went inside to get a phone/email address and manager name The cashier refused to give me the information he told me I had to speak to the person who had just provided me terrible service He then came in and told me get in my car and leave and the didn't do anything wrong. again I asked for the manager name phone number and he told me they were vacation and did not want to give it to me another customer was in the station and he agreed with me that service was awful The attendant toldme I was making him have a bad day and even though its a full service I station they are not slaves ! I didn't ask for anything extra! Literally just the basics Eventually I was provided with phone number Absolutely disgusted Update: May 1. I emailed the owner as they replied to me but they never answered. So I guess it’s just poor customer all around.

The thing happened on 4/15 2022 in the esso station at the intersection of westmister and garden city BC. At that time, I took 2 gift cards of $25 and went to the store to ask the clerk to add $50 of gas. He was not in a good tone at the time, and accused me that I had to go to the gas station outside and swipe the cards one by one, and I told him that I had been going to the store to find a clerk to do this. He just told me that this service has never been here. I told him at the time that it was his job, why don't you help, but you don't need to be so bad. He replied to me at the time, telling me not to say it was his job. I will reply to him immediately, why? This is your job!! In the end, do you know what this employee of your esso said?! He said that I would say that this is his job, and he told me not to leave. Come on! I stopped at the gas station and waited for him at the gas station. My first thought was that I was intimidated by this employee and was going to call the police. But just at that time, other customers were looking for him, and my friend had finished filling up the gas, so we left the gas station. I am writing this letter to you today to tell you that today, as one of your customers, I was intimidated and threatened by your clerk because I asked for help, which made me very scared. Had to wait quite awhile before the attendant showed up even though no other customers were there. Problem with their card reader on my PC card so no discount on the fuel price. Went inside and the guy was no help at all. Next time I won't stop here.

I am happy they were open early morning. The pricing in google WAS wrong!!! Medium gas was 2.299 not 1.70!!!
