★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here last Sunday to refill my gas.I went inside asked the employee named Imee on how PC optimum works.I didn't get it at first so it took me more minutes to understand. But she patiently explained to me and she don't even get upset even when she had long line up because of me..So sorry for that. She is very patient and kind. Good location where u can find Tims beside it. I will keep coming back here esp when this employee is on duty..Great job guys..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I occasionally fill up at this station when I am in the Capilano area. Always treated with a big smile, I feel very comfortable doing business here. Kudos to the service lady name Imee for her hardwork, friendly and outstanding service. The store is bright and setup so you can easily find products you are looking for. I always get asked if there is anything else I might like and transactions are accurate and complete quickly to get me on my way. I will definitely come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it has it all now. 7-11 is a good partner to go into business with. It seems to be working as far as I can see. The staff here are great. Friendly and efficient. Careful in the winter though with there north face exposure the icy ramps on the corners of the kiosk can get slippery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest pumps in the world. No word of exaggeration it takes me 15 minutes to fill up my car. Also the pay-at-pump fails about 50% of the time. Go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get gas and ask for the full meal deal car wash and I pay for it. Next I see there a luxury package and said that’s the one I wanted the lady says I can’t get it bc I already paid so I went through the wash and it was a 3 min wash and it didn’t clean my truck. I went in and told her and she gave me another 3 min wash still didn’t clean my truck so I went back in and she said that my truck must be 2 dirty lmao. She said she can only give one wash per recipe. I just had it washed there two weeks ago and it only rained two days ago so it’s not like the road dirt was stuck on there for a month. I would go hand wash my truck but I just had surgery yesterday and physically can’t so I get to drive around in a half washed truck lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place because they have Esso brand Gasoline and Mobil 1 Synthetic Motor Oil. Around the corner I get my Tim Horton's when I can and I like the overall selection of the store. I hope everybody at Esso have a great day! Take care and God bless everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the Manager & staff member Grace a 5 star rating with respect to customer service. They went out if their way to assist my father who has dementia & also ensured he was safe. They both went above and beyond; they were very empathetic showed compassion & really assisted my family in dealing with a very stressful situation… we cannot thank them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fill up at this station and also wash my car using the touchless car wash at this location anytime I am in the Capilano area. The customer service is great. They have alot of pumps and fully functional. The prices of gas is similar to other Esso stations around and in Sherwood Park. The convenience store is also clean and have great variety of products.
