M	Mel K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ new to Oshawa within the last few weeks from Winnipeg- where seven elevens are on every few corners. I have never experienced such high quality customer service from seven eleven staff. Everyone at this location is kind & helpful. Constantly offering tips and tricks to get the most out of our points cards. We are usually in between 8pm & midnight for a slurpee fix. There is also always a selection of hot food and baked goods. The staff working at these times are such a pleasure to interact with.

The clerk went on to say it was my fault. While the other clerk asked if i new Taquitos since he realized what happened. Carful.Rude and gross at times. But not always.
C	Chanen H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst. Jason is rude and condescending. He sounds mentally slow so maybe that’s a clue. I waited 82 minutes, 72 and 67 for drinks from a convenience store. To be told it’s a long drive at 9 km ???? your customer service is non existent. You guys never pack the right orders or adhere to allergy restrictions. So truly one day I’ll be going in store to give my review in person. Bet no one passes the buck then Jason ?
P	Paul Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This and other 7/11 are appealing a decision so they can serve alcohol 24/7. The appeal is being made even tho the city ,region and citizens are in opposition. Perhaps we should take our business elsewhere.

A store owner involved in the scam that's who... (5 different cards with multiple transactions on each card and this didn't ring a bell with the store employee at 430am..)
G	Gregory Gomes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chichen bites with spicy thai sauce and nacho bowl through uber eats. They did not give sauce for the chicken and nacho bowl didn't have any cheese. Complete waste of money.
L	Layleena77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas gauge started increasing without gas being pumped, I cancelled transaction and was still charged....I also used 4000 optimum points to get 10 cents off per litre and I'm guessing they stole that too even though I cancelled transaction and chose to fill-up elsewhere....do not get gas here!!!

The employee was told several times “3 beef and cheese taquitos” we received 2 chicken and cheese ones. My entire meal was inedible thanks to the employee who didn’t know how to do his job. Whomever was working Sunday, June 5th, 2022 at approximately 1:20-1:30 AM, needs to be fired. Literally did not follow a single instruction.
