β β β β β Second best esso 7/11 in my opinion in Vancouver burnaby new west.
Coffee is always hot the store is always open unlike some of the other 24/7 7/11's. The staff are nice they say hello they are fast and efficient.
I enjoy the 7/11 points and rewards I recently won the skate deck contest for anyone who was wondering if it's real. It is. Lol

β β β β β This gas station literally runs out of gas all the time. It sucks at being what's its supposed to be. Every other gas station in the area is fine, just this one. I would definitely go somewhere else if this wasn't the most convenient one

β β β β β Not to busy,cheaper gas by five cents a Litre for over all gas stations within a 6 kilometer radius ( I checked ).
Could not get receipt. Out of paper. Well lit.Has convenience store( didn't go inside ).
Good if you're headed to New Westminster or Surrey.

β β β β β It's self serve Timmy's and after the acquisition of the Esso gas station convenience store by 7-Eleven, they are now selling 7-Eleven fare: slurpees, sandwiches, donuts, taquitos, and even pizzas. There is no car wash at this location.

β β β β β It's always but location? Still don't know why we waited to get gas from here! Sign on door said closed for 10mins, employee was in the bathroom; maybe spanking that poor weasel! Anyways finally got gas! Wanted a Slurpee, and was told wasn't working; looked for Vita Coco water! Out of stock, tried to see how fresh coffee was! It could of been used for varnish! I use to work for 7elven, and this place wasn't worth it
