★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a store that offers a lot more than yarn, knitting patterns and books and classes. It offers consistently outstanding customer service! The staff help, guide, teach, interpret patterns and have an abundance of energy to motivate and encourage customers. They go above and beyond their responsibilities. It is an uplifting experience to be in the store because it is a good place; a positive place. It makes you want more after you have been there and you look forward to going back again and soon. We are fortunate in the city of Montreal and the community of NDG to have Espace Tricot. To all of you who make it work--thank you.

They also included an adorable scissor charm/stitch marker. I'm really happy with my purchase and look forward to ordering again!
