★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wasn't impressed with the service I received at the framing counter. The representative was nice enough, but offered little to no insight when I mentioned it was my first time having something custom framed. I understand choices are personal when it comes to aesthetic, but when I asked for advice, they shrugged and answered "that's up to you". I get it, I'm paying for a custom job, but a little bit of guidance would have gone a long way. I ended up walking away without placing an order when the total was over 400$. Again, I understand it's a custom job, so it comes at a price. I was expecting to pay 250-300$, but the end comment was "well, it also depends on what frame you pick". That's absolutely fine... but if someone comes to you with specs with what they want and no clue how to go about it, how about you start with budget and then break down their options... rather than having them waste everyone's time and to leave empty handed not knowing how to find a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice shop for beginners. But I find myself that I often don't find the items I need in store. So I have to order online at deserres.ca. The service is terrible. lf you placed your order and call customer service 20 min later to hange or delete the prder, they will say the order went too far. The delivery company is Canpar. Canpar is very unprofessional when it comes to deliveries. They will come to your house, will not even attempt to ring at the door, they just stick a paper that you weren't home and then you need to search for your package in different places like depaneurs or drycleaners. It is unheard and very lowquality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got what I needed, a bit on the expensive side but what I would recommend is that they have more representatives to help customers navigate. The place isn't that well arranged so it's hard for a new customer to locate some items so a customer person would be essential. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my knitting supplies here. Decent selection, super kind staff who helped me find what I needed and also taught me how to read the yarn labels as to get the proper sizes needles. Also great selection of other art supplies!

You can find stuff that you cannot find in
some other places.
Good quality stuff!
I would go there every time to get art supplies in the future.
You should look at what they offer and
choose what is best for you!
Very nice place and I will go there again
in the future, I like that is not far from
Downtown and it's not very busy in the
week-ends.
