★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERONICA is the best, okay takes a long time even with an appointment because she doesn’t like to do anything rushing , she takes her time and always making sure you leave the clinic satisfied with the results, ( I must admit that I was a little annoyed at first because of the wait but now I get why she is so in demand ) thank you idéal clinic will refer you and come back for sure <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too much wait time with an appointment. It was nearly a 2 hour the first time for Botox and 60+ mins the second visit. What’s the point of an appointment? The price may be good, but time is money. It’s a little ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had messaged the spa to confirm they accept wayspa gift cards but wasn’t told that there were services that were not included with wayspa until after I drove an hour to get to the spa. When someone asks for confirmation that you accept wayspa gift cards, you should specify that not all treatments are included.
On the wayspa website it says medi-spa is part of the offered services. Here’s what online says is the definition of medi-spa:
Medical spas, sometimes called medi-spas or med spas, are establishments that offer various medical procedures in a luxurious ambience. Imagine the tranquillity of a spa, paired with the expertise of a licensed medical practitioner.
So if way-spa says medi-spa how am I to know that doesn’t include injections or medical consultation unless I am informed by the establishment? It was frustrating and disappointing.
I was offered aesthetic services as an alternative and the girl who I was assigned to was very nice. I did the fotona treatment and hoepfully it will see good results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a Scarlet RF treatment and my skin has never looked this good! It treats so many skin imperfections. I even stopped using concealer. Highly recommend as an alternative to fillers and Botox!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went to this clinic with a friend, our apt was at 18h we ended up waiting till 20:30 for our turn. I do botox on the regular on my forhead only ( im 22 years old) i did 35 units in forhead like i always do and i never saw any results (its been a month and a half since i got injected ). Botox always worked for me in other clinics but this is the first time i dont see any results :/ will not be going there anymore

I wanted a natural look and the nurse took her time to give me the desired results. I will be coming again in a few months for a touch up. Thank you for the great service! Greatly recommend it.
