★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus mauvais service à la clientèle que l’on peut trouver ! Les madames qui y travaillent sont des pures incompétentes…..plus jamais j’y mettrai les pieds et si vous y allez, assurez vous qu’on essaie pas de vous charger pour des pièces que vous n’avez jamais reçu ! Première fois dans ma vie qu’on m’accuse de la sorte, et la dernière….très mauvais feeling !! Si au moins, la « Madame » avait reconnu son erreur et s’était poliment excusée ! Même pas assez de classe pour ce faire ….désolant! Il est où le trop plein NOIR ??
 Worst customer service you can find! The ladies who work there are pure incompetents…..I will never set foot there again and if you go, make sure they don’t try to charge you for parts you never received! First time in my life that I have been accused in this way, and the last….very bad feeling!! If only the "Madame" had admitted her mistake and politely apologized! Not even enough class to do this….sorry! Where is the BLACK overflow??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec cet établissement car notre entrepreneur a un compte là. Nous avions 3 salles de bain et une cuisine à construire. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis conseillés adéquatement. Nous avons dû nous déplacer plusieurs fois. C'est nous qui faisions régulièrement des suivis pour la disponibilité des produits.
Nous avons complété notre projet avec quelques accessoires. On nous a remis les mauvais produits. Nous avons dû attendre encore 2 semaines après plusieurs suivis. Du temps perdu, des déplacements... pas d'excuse ni de geste commercial.
Bref... un beau showroom, de beaux produits ... mais un service décevant et une expérience au final médiocre.
We did business with this establishment because our contractor has an account there. We had 3 bathrooms and a kitchen to build. We did not feel properly advised. We had to move several times. We were the ones who regularly followed up on product availability.
We completed our project with some accessories. We were given the wrong products. We had to wait another 2 weeks after several follow-ups. Lost time, travel... no excuses or commercial gestures.
In short... a beautiful showroom, beautiful products... but disappointing service and an overall mediocre experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous n'aurions jamais pensé acheter tous nos produits chez Espace Plomberium de St-Jérôme. Nous avions des idées préconçues jusqu'à ce que nous rencontrions... François-Xavier. C'est lui qui a fait toute la différence. Très à l'écoute de nos exigences et tellement gentil ! Vraiment une belle expérience. C'est sûr que pour le prochain projet nous allons faire appel à lui. Prix aussi très compétitifs.
We would never have thought to buy all our products at Espace Plomberium in St-Jérôme. We had preconceived ideas until we met... François-Xavier. It was he who made all the difference. Very attentive to our requirements and so nice! Really a nice experience. It is certain that for the next project we will call on him. Prices also very competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea of anything to do with plumbing. I was helped by the nicest gentlement, Francois-Xavier. He took his time and he explained all that I did not understand. He's fun, made me laugh and he took away the stress of doing something I never done before. In the end I got exactly what I did not know I wanted!! The recptionist Audrey helped me alot too! They're really a good team thank you !!! :)

The submission was completed within minutes of having spoken on the phone, and my my, he was incredibly Genuine in his tone and approach. Through every step of the process, he exchanged e-mails with me to make sure that I don't miss out on any lateness. Today I received my order and everything went smooth.
