Best Escape room center in Canada

M	Michael Engler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought the family out to experience an escape room (I've done another room here for a work team building exercise). We did the Sorcerer room. A good challenging set of puzzles and some really cool things happen as you unlock the clues. The puzzles are well through out and challenging, but even my 7 year old daughter was able to solve a few of the clues and contribute to our escape. Everyone had a blast, and we escaped with a little over 4 minutes remaining.
L	Letitia C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 groups did all 3 rooms. Everyone enjoyed the challenge. None of us managed to solve the rooms but we did really enjoy trying. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and attentive. Only 4 stars because of a few little hiccups with the room (e.g., a correct combo that wouldn't open a lock) which cost us 5 minutes of time!
J	Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of the dozen or so escape rooms we've done, these are likely the best. They just seem more professional and thorough. Puzzles and props are all very high quality and they spare no expense with some of the almost Hollywood level events. We did have a tech issue in the one room and even though we didn't care they gave us another room for free after. All 3 rooms are great, you won't find anything better. The plane crash one though was a bit of a mess with random clues and numbers that guests had added at some point muddying the experience. I REALLY hope they switch these rooms out soon with new ones so we can go back!
T	Tj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorcerer room was fun. We had 4 people I'm the room and it was very warm I don't know how it would be if you had 8 people. The last puzzle was very tricky and what got us we did not escape. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. One thing I will mention is the promotion they have on $99 for 4 people including a $50 Boston Pizza gift card was not given. Apparently you have to go to customer service stand in line and request this even though it is advertised as your package. I forgot about it and had to go back.
J	Jeremy Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I went for a date night, and we had so much fun we went back for a second round. The first round we tried the sorcerer’s stone and had a really great time. Without spoiling anything, we got up to the very last puzzle and couldn’t get it to work. We had the right idea but it was very finicky. The second round we tried emergency exit. Although it was probably slightly harder, we were much more successful and managed to finish with 10 minutes left. Overall the rooms are tough in ways but fair. Few red herrings. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave good hints quickly and professionally. If not for the one finicky puzzle piece, I would give 5 stars. Had a great time and plan on going back. Thanks for the experience!
K	Kali Persyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty fun escape room to visit. They clearly had a higher budget for decoration of the rooms than most places because the mine was absolutely convincing. The puzzles were fun and decently challenging although maybe better suited for smaller groups. 4 people was a good amount to have. There was a promo for a free arcade card too which was awesome!
A	Amanda Descalchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst escape room I have been to. It's way to dark to see and exceptionally hot in there. The room was poorly put together and in rough shape. It was very disappointing.
A	Aiden Dickinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got through most of the puzzles w minimum difficulty, up until the maze puzzle, where the puzzle didn’t work. Couldn’t progress because of it, wasted the last of our time, and couldn’t finish. At the end when the employee came in to take a look she was like “oop I guess it wasn’t working” and when we asked if we got a refund she grabbed her manager who gave us a business card and said email and you might get a response. Also the entire place looked like it had never been cleaned before, including shredded paper like it’d been eaten by a rat. Very unhappy
