★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter loves (loved) playing at Funworx and we have spent a lot of money here over the past 3 years. I must say that I am very unhappy about the state that this place is in; compared to when we first went. This place is in shambles and I feel is very unsafe to kids of all ages. There are exposed metal bars, rips, tears and worn out equipment. Zip ties are hardly a solution to many of the issues this indoor playground is having. It is also getting very dirty.... who knows what that was on the ball in the ball pit. My daughter gets sick every time we go here now which is why we don't go very often. A lot of the games do not work either. I was super appalled when the gate to the fenced in toddler zone had a bicycle lock on it, preventing you to get out to use the washrooms that are "right there". Needless to say, my daughter (at 2.5 years old and potty training at the time) was rather upset about peeing her pants when we couldn't get out. We have been turned away in the summer time because Funworx was "too busy" (which is great and I appreciate the fair warning since I don't want my 3 year old getting trampled) but don't tell me that they don't have the money to put into cleaning and repairing the place and ensuring that the games work. Obviously, it's a huge success if it's getting worn out.... clean it up and fix it properly so our kids can continue to have a clean, safe indoor facility!!! I really hope to see an improvement very soon before i completely write this place off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love it. Lots to do. For us, and the kid. Service is al always helpful and friendly. Super speedy food too. Always in and out faster than expected, which is nice when the kid is about to go off. Covid friendly too as they are attentive and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place for kids. Lots of arcade games. Younger kids will love to play on the play structure. I noticed that they were cleaning regularly touched surfaces fairly often. Very helpful staff. Nice place to go on a cold day with kids for an outing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Play structure could be looked at and updated, as a parent crawling around with a 2 year old I noticed a lot of things that could be a hazard and easily fixed. It had become a little warm down in places. You can definitely tell it’s been the same structure since I played here as a child myself

The VR games are a good addition as well as the tide simulator....The only negative was the number of games that were not operational.... However staff were very helpful in helping to sort out any issues.... The addition of the axe throwing game was great!
