★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a WJV Mexico trip through Escapes.ca in 2020. Trip was cancelled during the pandemic. Due to the miscommunication between WJV and me, my refund request was declined by WJV. The Escapes.ca staff are very kind to help. The manger contacted WJV immediately. My refund request was resubmitted and approved by WJV in less than a week. Their excellent customer services are highly appreciated. Well Done!

We haven’t gone on the trip yet but that’s on Sunwing to come through. I am happy with the service I got from escapes.ca and to top it off, the Co-president of the company, Sean, personally sent me an email wishing me a happy new year. Amazing. Looking forward to booking more with escapes.

From the initial recommendation of the resort we visited to the outstanding service from Shelley, this was most definitely the best vacation I've ever had.
