i went in to best buy since i pre paid for an item ,i ended up going there 4 times ,i have a disability and use a walker yesterday i went in yet again to see if my item showed up and there was 4 young girls working in the on line order area when it was my turn i handed the girl my reciept for the item i pre paid for and asked if it was in ? the store i went to was on granville st and robson i waited for 25 mins and it took all of them as the door opened we could see all the girls standing there laughing while customers were waiting for their items i pre paid so why ask for id ? i had my bill of sale which she had ??? the man in front of me also had an issue they gave him a smaller tv good thing he checked before leaving the store im disappointed with this company or how the girls reacted with their job they finally found it after looking on the computer and all looking the man never got the right tv either would i recommend them i doubt it

This company is all around shady and doesn't care for its customers whatsoever. Please take my warning and do not purchase from this company. After ordering software via digital download it was expected to be delivered within 24 hours, it has now been a month with no delivery day in sight since it is still "processing". I've reached out to them on FB and Twitter to no avail. I've left a negative product review on their site which they refuse to publish, meaning unsuspecting customers will also have to deal with the nightmare I am going through. After reaching out to customer service over 6 times and requesting a supervisor I have been told my case has been "escalated" to supervisors and headquarters but over the past month no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. No funds have been taken for this order and there are no pending charges either. Charges are done once the item ships. I've been requesting for the order to be cancelled for the past 2 weeks since I've purchased it elsewhere, but that request is somehow impossible to complete. It's very likely they're waiting on the the payment to be taken so they can push the fact that digital downloads are non-refundable even though I've been asking for a cancellation since before funds were involved.

What an absolute joke! Try to contact someone from head office. They donโ€™t care to actually speak with one of you over the phone. They charged me over 300$ for my packages that I did not receive, and they wonโ€™t even speak with me. Just an email. I can guarantee that I will go out of my way to make a a HUGE thing out of this

Worst customer service I bought a go pro from them on line we had it for two weeks. Sent it in for repairs and would not refund it. They took no responsibility as it was purchase online. Ultimaxx is the supplier and they wouldnโ€™t return ours calls and wouldnโ€™t answer our emails until I brought my concern to head office. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Where is your contact information..!!..?? for sure no one can contact you not even your own employee Avoid this company Scammers, Never shop online with Best Buy they are fraudulent , they put you in contact with crocket and scammer Market Place seller and they don't care what happen. I will be filing a fraud charge against them and reporting them to the BBB . Best Buy has zero customer service they are trained to give you the run around till your to frustrated and they hope you quit. Never buy from Best Buy you will regret it. I always thought all the bad reviews might be exaggerated but they are actually very accurate and in my opinion downplayed .

Bought a MacBook, crashed multiple times and then just went dead. Since it was through there third party seller, Best Buy refused to replace the laptop and took zero responsibility even though I bought it from the best buy website. Was supposed to get a call from supervisor that day, itโ€™s now been 4 days with no call. The biggest Tech store in Canada and this is absolutely terrible customer service. Never shopping at best buy again

Bought a tv online, a month ago. Never received it but they kept telling me to call the carrier wich could not tell me where was my package. Until the status was changed to DELIVERED (wich is not true I have a camera). Still can't have my money back (and the tv is out of stock) each time I call there is a new claim that is filed with new delays as the previous customer care rep didn't do it as they told me they would. Lots of calls, lots of lies, no TV and no money... I feel robbed. They have major issues and the customer is trapped in their heavy processes, bad systems and multiple errors/lies. Lost time and money... never again.
