โ โ โ โ โ The worst experience that you can have in the whole process. They make a bunch of mistakes and they are very slow. They take notes and say we will get back but unfortunately they never do, if you do not keep calling your case will stay in the same status forever. Good luck if you pick them!

โ โ โ โ โ Their surveyor damaged a fresh laid concrete walkway with foot prints and equipment stand marks and claimed he didnโt know! The whole area was taped around with โcautionโ tape ! When I spoke to him about the issue, he told me itโs just a paint and I can paint over the marks and tried to leave. Very inconsiderate and careless!!

Ertl Surveyors was recommended to us by our Architect, they worked quickly and efficiently to get our survey work prepared for our building permit. . They worked with my well with my builder and were conscientious and professional. I would use their services again.

โ โ โ โ โ Initially, things moved very quickly and efficiently - from booking and paying I had someone come to my property to conduct a survey within two weeks. However, since then, I have had no luck getting an update about when someone will come and complete the job. It has been three months and my emails and calls have gone unanswered.
