To our surprise, we learned so much more than just what the colours look like. Quinn was fantastic to talk to and extremely helpful with sharing tips and advice for all our questions. Recently I had issues with a particular colour that was not performing to the usual BM standards but I was so impressed that Jeff persisted in finding an agreeable solution to the problem and really was a fantastic person to deal directly with BM on the issue. Thank you Jeff for finding a solution. I will be back!

I was looking for some items which are very difficult to get even in other BM near me. At the advice of a contractor friend who shops there I ordered something from the and not only were they able to give a very reasonable price on the items but they were extremely professional on handling the shipping. They called me to verify the order and let me know they would be happy to fill the order. Great shipping rate and I got my items 2 days after!! Thank you so much and I hope my future transactions go as smooth! No price gouging, no shipping delays blamed on covid ?????

The great staff at Erin Mills helped us with the finishes suggesting an eggshell finish for the wall itself and the wall treatment to be done in a matt finish of the same colour. We get compliments on the wall all the time! And it's really quite stunning year round!

She was able to pull out some colours that suited and complemented my washroom theme. Eventually, we were able to agree on this beautiful grey colour and I absolutely love it. She was very understanding and patient with us! I would highly recommend them.

We went in to choose paint colours for my daughter's room and our hallway and had the amazing pleasure of meeting Keerthana. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, friendly and is truly an expert at decor so much so that she offered her services to actually help us paint the wall. Highly recommend this store for all your paint, design, decor needs! Check out Keerthana's ombre galaxy wall my daughter absolutely loved it and was a part of it every step of the way. Thank you!
