Need to Open up Men's & Women's Change Room for Speedy & Efficient Shower & Cloth Change to save Time & Spend less time in indoor spaces after Lane Swim.
Continue to focus on Cleaning & Hygiene of POOL & Other Amenities after Usage including Common Areas, Shower, Lockers & Bathrooms including Door Handles & any other areas that are used & touched quite often by Customers & Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first day at this community center for my 7 years old Daughter’s ballet class and it is the last one as I really experienced a very bad mannered stuff from the front desk. They don’t listen to customer’s feedback and don’t bother what we are saying or asking
I’m so sorry for people who are suffering from such community center and aren’t able to speak up for the improvement of the community centres
Managers should seriously take an action to develop their staff and try to look for alternative solutions for their customers
This is UNACCEPTABLE and NOT APPRECIATED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the heart of Erin Mills, this community centre is directly across from Erin Mills Town Centre. It has plenty of parking and the building is well kept. it's physically connected to the Erin Meadows Library and St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School. It's winter right now and it's covid lockdown so there's not to many people out and about. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands!

Had classes booked and got the library card.
Place follows Covid protocol very well. Clean and the folks working here are so kind and helpful. Ask any question and you are heard patiently and answered / helped with a smile.
The Library was our highlight -- very good collection of books and we are so glad to have enrolled in here.
Loads of parking on a weekend so this place gets 5 stars all the way
