His kindness should not go unnoticed. The finance manager who I did not get the name of was sub par and I feel as though my experience could have been better. Overall I had a good experience with this dealership and would recommend to a friend.

He worked with my dad and I to help me find a car that suits my needs. Raj was super helpful throughout the entire process and constantly reassured us. Raj is very knowledgeable about the cars they have here at Ericksen and explained all the features specific to my car to me. I highly recommend Raj when you go to Ericksen. One thing to be aware of is to make sure to read all the financing documents before signing them as there are some additional financing options they offer which you may or may not need or can be negotiated at a better cost.

Overall, I saved approximately 5% on same deal quoted at other dealerships. They have certainly earned my repeat business. We have been Nissan family for 20 years now and this is our 6th new Nissan purchase. Happy we found Ericksen.

The seller Raj was really great and very nice but seems to have no autonomy to work since his manager has to be consulted every time. His manager (Alius I don't know how to spell it) want to offer me a car higher than I want. After a long waiting time finally come the values, but not of my wishes. Another thing that really bothered me was, Why they need to ask me to present my ID to give me the price? I do not recommend go at this dealer if all of their mangers are like this one.

Thankfully, I have now found a place that I can trust to service my car. The staff at Erickson Nissan went above and beyond to help me understand what was needed to repair my car and were very transparent about the work that did and didn’t need to be done. Nicole (Service Advisor) and Tiana (Appointment Coordinator) provided excellent customer service – both were very friendly and helped to keep me informed at every step. I also really appreciated the video that the mechanic sent to show and explain what was going on with my car. Moreover, the complementary multi-point inspection, shuttle service (the driver, Ron was very friendly), and exterior wash of my car were much appreciated.

The service and sales departments were professional in their interactions with me. Raul and the sales department were able to find a new vehicle for me that was within my budget and met my needs. This was my first time buying a car by myself. They also took care of all the business of buying a new car. I was able to drive my awesome new car home that very same day. I appreciate the attention they provided to a very nervous customer and the subsequent follow up.
