Horrible follow up and customer treatment. Took my heart out of the product I wanted to purchase. 2stars only cause they have great chairs. So I walked in to the store and spoke to Greg (something). He helped me out and explained the chairs they have, which are excellent by the wwy. Products are great. Handed me his card. I then trued to call the showroom to place and order and was told he is busy. The other guy on the phone Madison could not help me out much either. Seemed like he did not have the time to take my order down. I then visited their showroom in Mississauga that did not have the chair I wanted in stock. Called Greg back at the King Edward outlet and he asked me to email him saying he is too busy to take an order. So in short, really bad customer service. I don’t think they care about retail clients at all. So then shy open a showroom, just tell people they should not come In and see their products.

If you're looking for a Canadian-made, customisable (including fabric choice and colour), ergonomic chair, then you definitely need to check out ergoCentric. My job is computer based requiring me to sit for long periods. Madison helped me pick the right chair and I absolutely love it (I'm even writing this review while on it). Sturdy design, supportive back rest, comfortable seat, and fully adjustable head rest. Yes, it's more expensive than what you'd find at a big box store, but with 12-year warranty and great customer service, it's great value. Support Canadian!

The sales staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. They answered all my questions and took the time to guide me through my chair buying process.

I am glad my wife put me on to ergoCentric. They were able to walk me through all my options and help me to find the chair that worked best for me. Net result: BEST, CHAIR, EVER. Highly recommended.

It took me a while to decide which ergonomic chair to go with. I looked at the highest-end dealers, the new online players, and mid-range options at big box stores. I eliminated online options because I wanted to be able to try the chair before buying (and didn't want the hassle of returning). I eliminated the mid-range options due to things like bonded leather, wear over time, poor warranty, poor customer service, and average reviews. (Those options would have been fine when I was a student, but as a professional working from home, I felt it was time to upgrade). That left me with the high-end options, which all seemed to be pretty good. I just didn't want to spend so much, and I didn't want to buy used. Then I discovered ergoCentric. I went to the showroom to scope out prices and try out some of the chairs. I was surprised to learn that the chairs could be custom made in Mississauga within 2 weeks, and at about half the price (or much less, depending) of the highest-end dealers. I eventually bought one of the ergoCentric models and have had it for 2 days now. There was a mix-up in the chair arms (they gave me the wrong ones; somewhat understandable since they had to hunt for a discontinued model that would work better for me), but Madison from the store resolved it in less than a day. He personally brought the correct arms to my home and installed them, all while taking appropriate COVID-19 precautions. He was also very helpful both times I visited the store and made me feel like I could take my time. How do I like the chair? So far, so good. It's a bit firm, but that may just be because I need to break it in. Either way, I'm confident that if anything is not to my liking over the next few months, ergoCentric will rectify the issue (and even allow me to return the chair with no questions asked). I will also add that I searched long and hard for an all-leather ergonomic chair that was aesthetically pleasing and from a reliable brand - I didn't see many (even in the ergoCentric store itself). Fortunately, ergoCentric's customizable options made it possible for me to put something together that I really liked.

I purchased an office chair from this location, it was an overall great experience. The staff is extremely knowledge and are not pushy sales people. I dealt with Matt, he showed me a 4 different chairs, walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of each chair. Matt reached out after the sale to ask if I had any issues with the chair. I walked him through an issue I was coming across, he responded promptly with a solution. Build quality is impeccable and the chairs come with a 12 year warranty - which I hope I won't have to use.

Rarely have I experienced such excellence in customer service. Matthew was more than helpful - he was professional and friendly and made me feel like all my concerns we important and valuable. I left feeling taken care of, and like I had made the purchase that was perfect for me. The ergonomic chair I bought has completely changed my working at home situation! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Amazing chairs, great customer service! Greg is very knowledgeable and helped us a lot to make the best choice without creating any pressure. He also went above and beyond and proactively captured a couple of configuration mismatches in our order. We had a custom order with non-standard fabric color and some other specific elements so it was quite easy to make a mistake. Julia from the customer service assisted with our order as well and she also provided excellent customer service and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Thanks to Greg and Julia we got exactly what we wanted, and we are very happy with our new chair.
