The place is really big, but everything is sweet and not really tasty, and I need to clarify it's not because of the sweet, its because the dishes are flavourless. There's a soup of split beans, ham, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, beans, meat balls. For dessert, there's something that is very québécois called pudding chômeur, tarte au sirop d'érable, regular donuts and a special type of donut. It's a nice experience for the first time but I didn't enjoy it, sorry

We've been here in the past and had a great time but, unfortunately, this time we found the food wasn't as good and they never brought refills despite our asking. It seemed they may have been short staffed and were only making food upon request. Sadly I don't think we will be going to this one again.

Overall it was underwhelming because the taste of the food was very bland, there were few animals and a short tractor ride. (They did have a paying horse ride that did the same trail as the tractor). There is a play area for kids also. They also add the tip immediately when you buy your ticket(which we found interesting) The service was nice, they did ask if we wanted refills several times. Our waitress Kimberly was very attentive and showed us where some vegetarien options were. I don’t think we will return to this sugar shack but we will continue to try others.

Staff are VERY FRIENDLY and catered to the fact we had kids at the table (they brought the kiddie chairs & even some crayons/coloring pages without asking!). I felt like the food was removed even before it was finished but really their service was too friendly and profession to complain. Obstacle course/play are for kids over 5 (we put toddlers on tire swings). Waited for a horse ride but there were none?! And after waiting more than 40 minutes with toddlers & deciding to leave, the carriage passed us in the parking lot!

Loved it! Clean and careful about COVID protocols. They sseat your family group at your own table. Modern setup for the maple syrup making and delicious tire. Fun ride through the maple trees with bilingual explanation of how the syrup is made. Great kids park with a mini zipline. All you can eat meal brought to your table by a friendly waitress. ??

Great to finally be back after so long (thanks Covid) the walk through the forest was great, no animals out this time . The food was as i remember less brought to each table but they replenished pretty regularly. The service was okay best and it's not a complaint it's a reality of covid. Overall great !

Outstanding customer service!!! My family won't even consider going elsewhere. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the food. Pea soup seemed to be watered-down and i wish their ham has seared on a pan. Besides that everything was good

Pretty good experience overall, the food was very hearty and unlimited, so don’t come in with your stomach full, the food was okay, it was not Michelin star but it is very homey traditional food. The sugar taffy was good. On the other side there was a lot of kids, but a lot of activities to keep them occupied.
