R	Ron G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fabulous time at this classic sugar shack (cabane à sucre). This place isn't too big, nor too small, Just Right. The owner and staff are very attentive at making it a perfect time. The main course is basically everything maple delicious you'd expect and then some. Nice little extra touches in and around the premises too (maple taffy, firepit, animals, tractor ride, take-out, etc.) this goes a long way at making it a memorable experience for all. My wife and I definitely recommend Erablière Charbonneau!

Besides the ayce meal, you get the taffy on a stick and cider sample a tractor ride away. They also have a playground and animals for the kids. Can easily spend half a day here. Favourites were the maple sausage and pea soup. And make sure you cal to book early
L	Lyndachica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One the BEST experiences ever! Located in a remote area of Quebec. The breakfast was amazing and they offered endless options. Make sure to dress warm as this event happens in the winter and some parts of it is outdoors. This is an authentic Quebecois Sugar Shack experience. So much fun!
