We were beyond impressed at the competitive pricing and the quality for which we paid. More so, we didn’t really expect our order to be processed so quickly given the pandemic. The team at Tonic Performance responded to my questions promptly and even followed up when our order was completed (even though they didn’t have to). Excellent customer service and products! We will definitely be supporting them for any of our home fitness needs in the future. Thanks so much for the great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy ordering process online and my order was ready when I arrived and had help loading. I didn't notice that the price of the dumbells were individually, and not a pair. The employe was nice enough to ask if I realized that. I was allowed to purchase the second one right away to make the pairs I needed. Thank you!

Verain who served me was quick and very professional. He created a plan and selected machines to fit all our need, family of 6. It was delivered and built within a couple of weeks, which was a bonus. Once I saw it set up, I couldn’t believed this was my gym. I ABSOLUTELY love everything that was chosen and the quality is outstanding which was my priority! I’ll have these machines for life. Recommend 5/5

He was super helpful, extremely nice and always thinking creatively to find a solution to our needs. He spent time with us, brought us back into the warehouse so we can get a better look at the equipment before purchasing and was never pushing for a sale. I honestly wish this sort of service was standard everywhere. I'll be absolutely returning to Tonic Performance, asking for Remi and expanding on my gym. Without a doubt I recommend this company!

He took his time guiding us through the different products and helped us find what suited our needs and space. Never pushed for a sale, never tried to convince, just simple showed us everything available with honesty and an open mind. The products are installed and so far, we absolutely love every single piece of our equipment.
