Des équipements toujours bien entretenues. Des prix imbattables et un service à la clientèle incroyable. Déjà plus de 3 années que louons de l'équipement chez Équipement Boyer et nous avons jamais été déçu. Merci à Pierre-Luc et son équipe pour votre courtoisie et votre savoir faire.

Fait la location d' une machine lourde pour 48h. Il ont délivrer la machine 1h plus tard que demander avec un contenant de fuel rempli au 3/4 ( contenant 20 litre). J' avais des camions de gravelle qui délivrait. Toute organiser. Été obliger de faire attendre les camions pour la machine. 47h après, Il arrive pour ramasser la machine un heure avant !!!? Le gars me dit qui n' attendrait pas, que le propriétaire lui avait dit de venir chercher la machine. Je venais juste de remplir la machine de fuel. (Et j' ai les reçu pour le prouver). J'ai pris 10min pour finir le plus vite possible. Le lendemain, Je passe chercher ma facture, Il m' à charger 30 litre de fuel!!! Suffit que j' avais perdu plus ou moins 45 minutes de ma location et que le gars voulait que je lui donne la canisse aussi vide.... j''aurais au moins penser qu' Il m' aurais pas charger pour le diesel!! Aucun raisonnement avec ce propriétaire, attitude non visé sur le service à la clientèle, devrait même pas faire interactions avec des clients. Y à pas de l'air a vouloir louez son équipement au client régulier non plus d'après une visite antérieure. Il fais toute sorte d' excuse. Je loue de la machinerie assez régulièrement ailleurs et j'ai jamais eu des problèmes. Je pensais leur donner une deuxième chance et voilà le résultat!!! Il m'a dit qu'Il manquait du diesel dans la machine et quand il est parti le gauge d'essence était passer le ligne de plein. Il me dit: "faut pas se fier au gauge". Bien si l' instrument de mesure ne fonctionne pas correctement!!!... arrange le! 10 litre de fuel pour la machine et 20 litre de fuel pour la canisse. Le propriétaire est malhonnête et une tête dure!!! Ne louez pas de cette place ç'est un paquet de trouble!
Rented a heavy machine for 48 hours. They delivered the machine 1 hour later than requested with a fuel container 3/4 full (20 liter container). I had gravel trucks delivering. Organize everything. Was forced to make the trucks wait for the machine. 47 hours later, he arrives to pick up the machine an hour before !!!? The guy told me who wouldn't wait, that the owner had told him to come and get the machine. I had just filled the machine with fuel. (And I received them to prove it). I took 10min to finish as quickly as possible. The next day, I pick up my invoice, I have to load 30 liters of fuel !!! Suffice it that I had lost more or less 45 minutes of my rental and that the guy wanted me to give him the canisse as empty .... I would have at least think that he would not have charged me for the diesel! ! No reasoning with that owner, unintended attitude on customer service, shouldn't even make interactions with customers. There is no air to want to rent its equipment to the regular customer either after a previous visit. He's making all kinds of excuses. I rent machinery quite regularly elsewhere and have never had any problems. I thought I would give them a second chance and here is the result !!! He told me that the machine was missing diesel and when he left the gas gauge was over the fill line. He said to me: "do not trust the gauge". Well if the measuring instrument does not work correctly !!! ... fix it! 10 liter of fuel for the machine and 20 liter of fuel for the canisse. The owner is dishonest and a tough head !!! Don't rent from this place it's a mess!

They do not care about clients is all money business, awful customer service, rude, old machines. Watch for the extra fees!!!! horrible experience with this people, I don't know how they are in business. You might think is cheaper to rent from them because you live in Cantley but with the extras they charge at the end you have not saved anything if you were to rent something in Gatineau or hull! I would not recommend this place at all!

I rented a lift from them I got stuck 40 feet in the air and couldn't get down so I called them for help and the owner said he would send a technician . After 1h45 min later I called back cause I was 1h away and I figured he should be there already an the owner said I didn't send him yet I WAS TO BUSY I needed him. So I was stuck 40 feet in the air in 35 degree wheather in the sun with no water because they where too busy. Classic case where making money was more important than helping his client.keep in mind I was a regular client. When I brought back the lift I told the owner I was unsatisfied with the situation and he looked annoyed with me and when I explained how the lift didn't work well at all I got stuck a few times he never offered any excuses or discount or anything. His attitude his extremely bad with customers.

The equipment we rented was delivered and picked up on time. It worked very well. We were ready to give 5 stars until the final bill. We knew that we had to pay extra for gas used but they charged us an extra .80 cents a litre for labour to fill up the tank! Really?? That came to an extra $60. When we called they said this is policy but I guess they didn't think it was worth telling us at the beginning.

0 Care for customers. Old equipment(mostly). Rented a barely working equipment. Said it was "normal". All about the money. Overcharged for a lost item (twice the price for it which I paid for and didn't get a refund after bringing it back).
