★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to park if you want to start your ski session or bike ride with a bang. I usually only park here for skiing and the parking lot can be full on a nice winter day but it's a great place to finish at, since it's usually a nice long downhill to get to p10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine parking lot. Lovely soft gravel, sumptuous surrounding trees. Access to trails and the Fortune Parkway is second to none. A touch small so arrive early.
