★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The minute you bring a concern or issue to this company's attention they become rude and dismissive. Unprofessional and unpleasant. There are better companies out there the care, I suggest anyone requiring this service look elsewhere.
I can't wait until they respond to this review, it will more than likely confirm exactly what I've said.

1. do not respect quote. they show up and ask for more pay right away.
2. we ordered both interior and exterior cleaning. They only cleaned exterior. when we refuse to pay, they threaten us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible job of cleaning windows. Hired to do inside and out. Simply wiped the screens down a cloth .Dripped water throughout the house. Left marks on the outside of bedroom window. Their cloths were filthy upon arrival. They broke my nozzle on the hose from dropping on the ground..
Needless to say I asked them to leave before the job was complete.
I called the office to express my discontentment with the situation. Owner did not wish to listen & sent me a bill anyway.
Terrible experience!
Will be using my original window cleaning from now on. A truly professional company.

They were quick professional and clean. We are very impressed with their services and will definitely be doing business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of work. They came to clean my windows, left streaks, cut corners on the rails, dropped dirty water on the floor and baseboards. Price was including basement windows which they didn't even touch. They will not return my calls. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, we have had our windows cleaned at the house and office. Driveway sprayed as well. Their contractors are very professional and did an amazing job. They also accommodated me in English, which was very much appreciated. Charles who also just gave me a quote to get our gutters cleaned, he was very polite and responsive. Most certainly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ARMA are, by far, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unprofessional, dishonest, uncooperative - just BAD in every respect. They never did what they were paid for, and then just refused to reply or even pick up the phone. I made the mistake of paying them before I could verify the job was done but… too late, thank you, bye. Not to mention that nobody seems to speak a word of English there. Don’t make the same mistake!
Update... positive reviews are employees, friends etc... I recognised names!
