J’avais un premier coupon rabais et j’avais supposément 25$ à payer, mais il regardait mon coupon en réfléchissant et m’a dit ça va être 40$ Pourtant je n’avais rien pris en supplément pour mon massage. Je ne me suis pas obstinée, mais j’aurais dû Il avait l’air à choisir un prix au hasard .
Le massage la dame sait ce qu’elle fait dans les techniques, mais trop profondément rapidement donc contraction et douleur, mais on s'habitue ..à part ça j’avais un neurospa juste avant le massage. Les gens entraient et sortaient de la pièce donc aucunement relaxant.
A mon deuxième rv avec coupon mtl à rabais je quitte le travail plus tôt en raison du trafic très dense et j’arrive quand même en avance pour remplir le formulaire et ne pas perdre trop de temps . L’endroit est désert mais On me fait attendre plus de 15 minutes pour finalement me dire qu’une autre personne est déjà scedulée à l’heure que j’avais et qu’il avait complètement oublier de m’inscrire. Au lieu d’appeler la personne pour la mettre un peu plus tard et expliquer la situation pour pas qu’elle se déplace pour rien on me renvoie chez moi .. je savais que j’avais une bonne heure de route à faire en raison que je quittais l’endroit 1h30 plus tôt que prévue. Fâchée j’ai donc abandonné mon coupon, j’aime mieux perdre cet argent que devoir me représenter dans cet endroit sachant qu’il m’aurait probablement dit un nouveau prix à payer !

At my second rv with discount mtl coupon I leave work earlier because of the very heavy traffic and I still arrive in advance to fill the form and not waste too much time. The place is deserted but I'm waited more than 15 minutes to finally tell me that another person is already scedulé at the time I had and he had completely forget to register. Instead of calling the person to put it a little later and explain the situation so that it does not move for nothing I am sent home .. I knew that I had a good hour of road to do because I left the place 1:30 earlier than planned. Angry so I gave up my coupon, I better lose that money than having to represent me in this place knowing he would probably have told me a new price to pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to explain the experience you get from going to Spa Lumière..... well I can really really really say It is the best experience you can ever get and the best decision you can ever make, they make you feel like your part of the family they take there time to talk to you not make you feel like your there for an appointment & they do amazing work and I do mean AMAZING work. I have tried different things that have never worked in the past & when I decided to try IPL at Spa Lumière I was astonished at the outcome. You would think that IPL is only to get rid of well you know what, well that would be wrong at least the way they do it, it also clears up the skin and diminished my unwanted scars that I had from surgery, I can really say THEY ARE THE BEST at what they do. I never write reviews but had to this time they deserve the prays that they get for the amazing work that they do
