★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque je me suis déplacé a leur bureau pour signer le contrat il ny avait personne pour m’accueillir, je me suis promené dans un couloir ou les gens m’ignoraient dans leur petit bureau. L’on m’a chargé 50$ en trop et ça n’as pas ete reglé et on me demande au final de payer un surplus de 95. En avril ils sont repassés a la dernière neige "un déneigement cadeau" y parait. On nous la chargé dans le surplus même si le mois n’était pas dans le contrat..... il venait les lendemains de tempête vu qu’ils avaient prit trop de contrats. Alors en gros on deneigeait nous meme. On avait payé pour un parking double alors qu’on nous déneigeait qu’une seule entrée de voiture.
Extrêmement insatisfait.
 When I went to their office to sign the contract there was no one to greet me, I walked in a corridor where people ignored me in their small office. I was charged $ 50 in excess and it was not settled and I am asked in the end to pay a surplus of 95. In April they are ironed at the last snow "a snow removal gift" it seems. We were loaded into the surplus even if the month was not in the contract ..... it came after the storm after they had taken too many contracts. So basically we snowed ourselves. We had paid for a double parking lot when we were clearing a single car entrance.
Extremely dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment des gros imbé***les. Je suis même pas client avec eux, mais je paie énormément pour leur mauvais travail.
On habite dans un jumelé et notre voisin est client avec cette compagnie. Apres plusieurs avis avec les deneigeurs afin qu’ils fassent attention lorsqu’il souffle la neige, nos voitures ont encore été canarder par leur neige . Ils ne sont pas minutieux et font le travail trop rapidement . Tout a été filmé ce soir, et pas capable de rejoindre le responsable.

We live in a semi-detached house and our neighbor is a client with this company. After several notices with the snowmen so that they pay attention when the snow is blowing, our cars have been ducked by their snow again. They are not thorough and do the job too quickly. Everything was filmed tonight, and not able to reach the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avant le proprio se présentait en personne chez vous mais maintenant est devenu beaucoup trop gros.j'ai changer l'année passer pour un autre déneigeur et j'ai eu un bien meilleur service a 1 fraction du prix!!Je l'ai ai encore a ma job mais j'espere pu pour longtemps
Before the owner showed up in person at your place but now has become much too big. I changed the year to go to another snow plow and I had a much better service at 1 fraction of the price !! I got it still at my job but I hope for a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À deux reprises, je n'ai été en mesure d'entrer ou de sortir de chez moi. J'ai passé une partie de l'hiver à déneiger moi-même. De plus, mon contour de platte bande a été arraché puisque le poteau a mal été placé lors des premières neiges. Enfin, je viens de recevoir un beau cadeau par la poste: plus de 90$ de frais pour services en extra. Le pire service de déneigement en 5 ans.
Twice I was able to get in or out of my home. I spent part of the winter clearing snow myself. In addition, my outline of platte band was ripped off since the post was badly placed during the first snows. Finally, I just received a nice gift by mail: more than $ 90 fee for extra services. The worst snow removal service in 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette entreprise a racheté celle avec qui je faisais affaire ! Entreprise avec un service pitoyable . On appel la dame est très très bête . On a arraché une parti de mes escaliers en plus .Depuis le rachat j'ai eu une augmentation de 25% . Ils ont toujours une raison . La je cherche ailleurs et c'est pas facile !
This company bought the one I was dealing with! Company with pitiful service. We call the lady is very very stupid. Part of my stairs was ripped off as well. Since the takeover I have had an increase of 25%. They always have a reason. I'm looking elsewhere and it's not easy!

Je travail comme opérateur à cette endroit et je suis surpris de voir autant de clients insatisfaits mais il faudrait peut-être vérifier l’entente de service requise pour le déneigement car plusieurs clients propriétaires veulent que le déneigement soit fait après la tempête afin de minimiser les coûts de service car pour d’autres clients aussitôt qu’il y a un ou deux centimètres ils faut passé et repasser pendant les heures de service et faire le déblayage final durant la nuit; tout dépend de l’entente de service et si il y a des bris causés lors du déneigement nous avons de bonnes assurances et nous pouvons aussi envoyé une équipe pour réparer des bris mineurs mais soyez assurés que nous prenons le service à la clientèle très au sérieux. Pour le bruit nous n’avons souvent pas le choix de faire nos travaux de nuit mais nous donnons aussi le service de jour à divers emplacements. Alors je vous le recommande et nos tarifs reste toujours concurrentiel adapté à vos besoins. Merci de faire affaire avec nous.
Good machinery and good service. I work as an operator at this location and I am surprised to see so many dissatisfied customers but we should perhaps check the service agreement required for snow removal as many owner customers want snow removal to be done after the storm in order to minimize the service costs because for other customers as soon as there is one or two centimeters they have to pass and iron during working hours and do the final clearing during the night; it all depends on the service agreement and if there is any damage caused during snow removal we have good insurance and we can also send a team to repair minor damage but rest assured that we take customer service very seriously . Due to noise we often have no choice but to do our night work, but we also provide day service at various locations. So I recommend it to you and our rates are always competitive, adapted to your needs. Thank you for doing business with us.
