★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas parfait mais plusieurs compagnie devrais prendre exemple sur Guilbault. C'est une des rare compagnie Québécoise qui ont su s'adapter selon la situation économique dans l'histoire et qui à aider les autre entreprise dans les périodes difficiles.
Not perfect but several companies should follow Guilbault's example. It is one of the rare Quebec companies that have adapted to the economic situation in history and that has helped other companies in difficult times.

They keep your goods hostage (7 business days) when you refuse to spend them outside office hours.

They lost my package, I have had no tracking since despite leaving my phone number to keep me updated on the situation. They lost a package between Boucherville and Quebec... Must do it.
