I was immediately impressed with my experience here, Ryan the assistant manager made my experience quick, enjoyable, easy and he also saved me some money on fees. The facility looks quite new and very clean and organized.. i bought the car back with a flat tire and no time left in the day to fix it, he said he would handle it. I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

First of all I want to point out this was the first time I am using enterprise services outside Edmonton. And I am always using enterprise for my rental cars and I never had any big issues with them, but this time was a little bit different. At the time I was working at Quesnel and I need to rent a car to go back to Edmonton so I went to this location. I am always driving carefully so I didn’t get the full insurance package but I still get the protection that which included the windshield and some other protection, the lady didn’t say much about it and I forgot. Funny thing was the windshield was already cracked at that time but just to be nice and for the β€œother protection” i didn’t cancel it. Believe or not, I trusted them so much that i got myself into this. There was a little scratch from the rear bumper that I missed. Then I guess everyone knows what’s coming next. Over 700 dollars bill just for a little scratch less than 3 inches...... The reason I went to this place to rent a car were the customer fees back were really good, second was I am loyal to this company. Sadly I don’t know is that because I am not from the local or I am Asian or I didn’t get the β€œDeluxe” insurance package that gave them the courage to do this kind of things. Even that’s not the case I was in Edmonton and I can’t really argue with them anyway...... It is a very unpleasant and disappointed experience for me. What I really want to say is the enterprise is still one of the best rental car service you can get, but even you trusted them, you still need to check your vehicle really really carefully or just get the full insurance package just in case things like this happened again. At the end is you pay the over charge bill, right?

I was surprised by the level of customer service I received from the second I was picked up at my hotel! The driver that picked me up was a wealth of information and I felt comfortable as a passenger. When I entered the office the staff was very welcoming and explained everything very thoroughly. When returning the vehicle the agent was exceptional!! Truly a level of service you don't come across very often and hope that other businesses can learn from them.

Very sketchy dealing with the company out of Prince George. I got my mom to co-rent a truck for me as I was working and couldn't make it to the lot before they closed. Before moving the vehicle off the lot, we called in and added insurance onto the vehicle. I made a 2 cm lateration on the front valance (plastic mud flap under the bumper). I noticed the damage before I returned the vehicle, but was not concerned due to the insurance and it being a cheap and quick piece to replace. Months later we were sent an invoice for $1150. There were charges like "decreased value of vehicle", and many other random hidden costs. I've changed many valances and I know how easy they are to swap out, so I was very disappointed by the invoice price and confused why it was not insured. I communicated with the company that I was disputing the cost. The company is saying there was no call to add insurance and we have to pay out of pocket. Enterprise communicated to us that they were conducting an investigation, as we are trying to prove the fact that there should have been additional insurance, or at the very least a fair price for the fix. We argue that enterprise should have had the valance changed locally by the Ford dealership, instead of transporting the vehicle 1000 km south. The major horror moment was despite continual communication that we are activley disputing the claim, enterprise charged my mom's credit card for the $1150 without permission. I plan to take Enterprise to a small claims court. Overal, they were unpleasant to deal with and demonstrated a complete abuse of power in my opinion.
