WORST SERVICE I needed a rental car i couldn't get one for 2 weeks. When i finally did receive one it was dirty and had someone else old food left behind so it clearly was NOT cleaned. Driving it home it was shaking and felt unsafe so i changed it to a different vehicle. AGAIN this vehicle was dirty inside and clearly had not been cleaned. Enterprise states that they clean and wipe down high touch areas (i do not belive this was done). The second vehicle i made it clear i had to put car seats in the back seat. When i tried they would not click into place because the seat belt had a weird loop and was to thick for the back of the car seat to click into place safely . The manager there is very unhelpful and almost rude at times. I will NEVER use enterprise again

Only dealt with them once as we rarely go to Langley. The service was courteous & prompt, the vehicle was clean. Vehicle was dropped off to Vancouver location and process was easy. Can't complain much when you get to drive Mustang GT 5.0 for a while!

My girlfriend rented a car over the weekend. When they returned from their trip the vehicle they left there, where the staff told them to park got vandalized. Not only did the staff not care at all (stating its not their problem) they refused to provide a manager phone number. They offered no sympathy, but more importantly took zero finacial responsibility. I dont know how businesses are permitted to operate with such a lack of integrity but it seems to be much more prevelant. Shame on you!

Problem solved. Thanks for finding me a car to use when the booking system did not properly reserve my car. Renters beware: if you book through the call centre, call the store (location pick up) the first thing in the morning to ensure the right car is reserved for you.

BEFORE YOU GUYS RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE, YOU HAVE TO READ THIS!!!. If I could give this place a zero star I will. I have rented a lot of cars before from different car rentals company and I must say, this location is by far the worst one. the car they gave me was dirty from the inside, the button that rolls down the front passenger window was broken. my wife couldn't roll the window down when needed, and that one time she actually rolled the window down it started raining and she couldn't roll her window back up and had to pull over. I politely talked to the manager name Vikram and he said, he will call me back soon to give me a different car but I never heard from him again. I called the Enterprise corporate head office to complain and they said they will resolve the problem right away but again, never heard from them again. I could have return the car right away, but Vikram told if I want another car, I would have to go to a different location. So much time and energy would have been wasted, so I just put with the car. we are all already dealing so much like the pandemic and the flood, we don't need extra headache and stress from the Enterprise. If you want high quality car and customer service, don't ever use Enterprise Car Rentals.

I was double billed 2 years ago for 300 dollars. Went to pick up a rental through icbc this morning. And there system showed a do not rent alert. They wouldn’t help to phone anyone even though my email confirmed. I am heading to Hertz. Never again with enterprise

EVERYONE Go to a different location. Called and was on hold for 40 minutes, when arrived at location found 2 employees free doing basically nothing. Not helpful at all. Middle Aged East Indian woman and young East Indian boy working. Atleast have the decency to pick up calls and let us know that you have no cars available or it’s fully booked. Extremely disappointed in the service. Employees needs better training.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Enterprise met me at the shop where my car was being fixed and gave me a full sized suv which was perfect at the time because I was moving. I ended up leaving my birthday card in the vehicle and inside the card was $25. The staff contacted me and kept it aside. I thought for sure loose cash would dissappear. But Vikram kept it at his desk for me to pick over a month after I returned the vehicle. 100% trustworthy and 100% reliable. Would 100% recommend.
