2/June/2021 I rent the car, I reserved standard sedan online, but they gave me hatchback car (golf) instead. The body of the car was not clean and was full of traces of tape all around the car. Car smelled a little smoke and there was to much pet hair on rear cup holder. During my trip in the highway 401, I got flat tire I tried to change the tire. they put the special lock on the rim but they didn’t put the special key in the car, so I couldn’t do anything and stuck in the highway. Finally after long time and talking with road assistance, they had to tow the car because without special key nobody can’t change the tire. Due to the forgetfulness of the staff of this location, my time was wasted and all my plans were not completed and I was forced to return home and not do my necessary work.

The manager was rude and snappy although the staff were courteous and friendly. They didn't let me pick the car even though I booked online with corporate discount coupon and showed all the proofs they could have been because of lack of credit card. The worst experience I ever had.

i had the worst experience with enterprise and i will never rent a car from here again. we booked for new year so we went to pick up the car at 5 and the time for return was the next day at 5. when we went there there was an extremely rude guy(asian) who i assume is manager there told us that you have to bring the car back before 2 because we are close so i showed him the confirmation email but he said yeah i know but that how it is. i told him we had plans for tonight and we called you earlier 2 hours ago no one mentioned about this so at least we knew earlier and he responded all the time rudely , he said i have nothing to do with your plans!! so we didn’t get the car.immediately i called customer service and told him everything he just apologized and said my manager will call you to talk to you and no one called... they just ruined our new year plan with inefficiency. if i could give them zero star it would be better.

I have been renting from this location for the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The staff are kind and professional and always go above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible. This will continue to be my go-to car rental location!

Saw a scratch and mentioned before the rental started. They claimed it was small and I shouldn't worry about it. When I went to return it and they went for inspection they pointed at the scratch I mentioned and said it'll have to be fixed and tried to charge me. I took photos and proved that it was there before my rental and was able to avoid. very unprofessional and will try and milk you out for more money. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I rented a car from enterprise after 1 day the tire blew up on the highway and I could barely control the car and i could have easily had serious injuries if another car was near me. Due to their neglect my life was put at risk. They have a responsibility towards their clients to inspect the car but after talking to them their response was that they are not responsible and that these are the risks with driving. How is this a proper response from the manager at enterprise. It is the duty of enterprise to offer a road safe car so that they are not risking their clients lives. Avoid this company at all cost as the safety of their costumers is the least of their priorities. Terrible experience avoid!!!!

First time renting from this location. Have rented from other enterprise locations so I am comparing North York to the experience I have had to the others. I was a little apprehensive renting here due to the vast amount of low reviews, but since I now live near them I decided to give it a shot. All in all the service itself was great. I had reserved a car a week in advance and came in on Saturday to pick it up. The transaction was smooth and quick. The car was in good shape and although there was some minor cosmetic damage the employee told me it had been noted in their records and to not worry about it. Rented a car from sat-tues and the car drove well with no safety issues. The only problem I had was parking the car upon returning it. The parking was located in an underground parking lot that was confusing to traverse through. The parking lot didn't have enough signs to tell me how to get to P2, so I had to drive around for 5 min looking for the entrance. I still give this location a 5/5 since parking is not their fault. But for those renting from this place for the first time, PLEASE KEEP TABS ON HOW TO GET IN/OUT OF THE PARKING. The rental person told me as well when I took the car that I should keep in mind how I exited, but I didn't end up bothering to remember. That was on me. For those that are used to enterprise's rental process I think you will find this place has good service. I already knew I was going to get charged a deposit and I knew when the place was open/close so returning was no issue. If you are new to renting from the company I suggest reading their FAQ and policies so you don't receive any surprises. PS: Also keep in mind if you are trying to call them on a Saturday you might not get someone to pick up for a while. i called them early Saturday just to confirm that I would be coming in (they gave me a call the day before but I was at work). I called twice but no one picked up. I reached the location and it was busy with multiple people renting which explained why I couldn't get a hold of anyone. If you want to get a hold of someone in this location directly I recommend calling on a weekday. Will definitely be renting from this location again!

I’ve always been skeptical about renting from Enterprise but this specific location was an absolute pleasure to rent from! In particular, the Enterprise staff who helped my family and I out for our rental from April 18 to April 25 was extremely patient and professional β€” not sure what his name was but he made our experience. It was our first time renting from Enterprise so he explained everything very patiently and carefully when we first arrived. He gave us a free upgrade to a new car which was such an awesome ride!!! He then checked the car with us until we were fine with everything before he left. During the rental period, he called us to check and make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying the ride β€” honestly a 10/10 service! Returning the vehicle was super easy and simple as well! Overall a great experience and I’d recommend this specific location and the kind staff who helped us.
