★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Enspeco services to anyone who wants to make a good decision for buying a property, fixing or renovating or taking care of your home. Gary is an amazing person. Not just amazing at what he does, with an extremely detail oriented mindset and knowledgeable eye. He also has the capacity to explain what he finds and advise on the level of emergency to fix it.
Him and his team of experts, engineer and inspectors, are definitely the persons you want to have by your side for your building inspection or any home evaluation needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Kevin do an inspection on a house I had an accepted offer on. From start to finish Kevin and his partner were extremely thorough and patient and were very diligent with their work. They took the time to explain any questions I had and were with me step by step throughout the whole inspection process. They were able to give me a clear cut idea of the integrity of the house and I was able to make an informed decision. And in the end they saved me from making me a really big mistake as the house I had inspected had costly repairs to do. If you need a house inspector Kevin and the Enspeco team are the people to use! Looking forward to using them again once I find another house for me and my family.
