If you visit the office in person, you will find that the staff here are very helpful. I've visited the office 3 times this year already, and the staff was always able to solve my problems/situations in a timely manner, and I never had to wait for long. My OSAP changes were also processed very soon. I'm happy with the level of service here - it's definitely underrated! Now, I've never tried calling them, so that might be a whole different situation.

I was assisted by Sara regarding a transcript request since third party would not accept e transcript. Was really helpful in resolving my issue. I was assisted through phone and email did not need to visit the campus.

I don't know what everyone is talking about but each and everytime I have called enrolment services, they have been so kind and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all! They are super through with their answers so the person is satisfied. Super kind and helpful staff.

I contacted them via call and the girl I talked to was very kind. I couldn't understand her and she had to keep repeating herself but she didn't get annoyed at all and instead was very kind.

I don't usually write reviews but today i had to. I've been dealing with a lot at home and wanted to drop one of my courses. I spoke to Christina probably the most professional service i have ever received in my life. She was so engaging with my situation and walked me through the process , she was not only professional she was sympathetic and super understanding. I recommend speaking with her if you need assistance or have any questions

I spoke with Justin today about an issue with funding and he was really wonderful. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions with great detail. He was also friendly, patient, and efficient overall. It was one of the smoothest, most painless customer service interactions I've had. Thanks, Justin!

I have rarely had a positive experience with Enrolment Services. First of all, their answering machine forces you to listen to them tell you in ten different ways that you should just go to their website instead of calling (as if 90% of people nowadays wouldn't have already tried that) before getting around to listing the different extensions you can reach. Spoiler alert: just press 2 to speak to a person. Unless, of course, they get "too busy" and then they totally just shut down the phone lines. Like, they play a message that says "we're too busy to answer calls, go to our website" and then they bring you back to the main menu. Not even a queue or anything, no chance of speaking to anyone. If you're lucky enough to call on a day when the lines are actually open, you can only reach receptionists by phone -- the higher-ups literally are non-reachable that way, and even if you open a ticket to speak to one of them, they don't know anything that isn't online. So if you have a complicated issue and the info available online doesn't help, don't expect Enrolment Services to help you either. They also don't know who else you can contact to answer the questions they can't answer, so you're pretty much screwed regardless. Only leaving 2 stars because of Justin, the only person I've ever spoken to who was actually able to help me at all. Thank you Justin.

I had some trouble with my loan recently (I'm an international student who is a first generation college student) and found their office to be SO helpful. The woman who runs their phone service is so kind, patient, and understanding. She worked relentlessly to solve my issue, and make sure to issue me an update in writing that I can have for my records/refer to later. Truly I cannot recommend them enough. They must get THOUSANDS of calls/emails a day, and they really take the time to make sure each person is heard and assisted. Thank you SO much for your help!
