Service horrible! je cours encore après eux depuis vendredi le 8 avril pour qu'ils viennent ramasser un conteneurs de 4V et un de 6V qui sont plus que pleins et pour me livrer un autre conteneur de 4V vide...Matrek à récemment acheté la division et m'ont promis de livrer un 4V aujourd'hui mais il est rendu 11:30 AM et je n'ai pas encore eu d'appel de leurs part pour dire à quelle heure ils vont déposés le conteneur.
Depuis jour 1 l'expérience client à été terrible, jusqu’à me faire raccrocher la ligne au nez quand j'ai demandé de parler au superviseur.
Prélever le paiement sur ma carte de crédit par contre c'est faite dans un temps record.
0 stars. Horrible service! I'm still running after them since Friday the 8th of April for them to pick up a 4V and a 6V containers that are more than full and to deliver another empty 4V container ... Matrek recently bought the division and m have promised to deliver a 4V today but it is 11:30 AM and I have not yet had a call from them to say what time they will drop the container.
Since day 1 the customer experience has been terrible, until I hang up the line when I asked to speak to the supervisor.
Take the payment on my credit card against it is done in record time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle déficient, souvent sans réponse. Des fois la journée habituelle de levée est changé sans préavis! Certaine semaine il ne passe pas faire la levée encore une fois sans préavis et évidemment aucun crédit nous est offert. Notre conteneur est brisé dans le bas, après avoir envoyé des photos et une description du problème, personne ne répond à mon courriel! Évitez cette compagnie.
Poor customer service, often unanswered. Sometimes the usual lifting day is changed without notice! Some week he does not spend the lifting again without notice and obviously no credit is offered. Our container is broken at the bottom, after I send photos and description of the problem, no one responds to my email! Avoid this company.
