★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis ancienne cliente ,j'avais reçu un excellent service l'année passé... Mais cette année je dois me réorienter vers une autre industrie vue leur impolitesse ! J'ai appeler le monsieur ma répondu très sèchement de lui donner mon adresse et numéro de téléphone rien de plus et qu'il n'avait pas le temps de répondre à mes questions ?!?! Je lui ai demandé s'il était complet ... C'était trop forçant pour qu'il me réponde ! Comment pouvoir demander une soumission, s'il n'est même pas fouttu de me dire oui ou non. Pourquoi il y a pas une secrétaire qui répond au téléphone ?!?! Pire service à la clientèle, de plus le monsieur ma raccrocher la ligne au nez après lui avoir fait par qu'il était très bête !!!!
 I am a former customer, I had received excellent service last year ... But this year I have to redirect myself to another industry due to their rudeness! I called the gentleman my answer very dryly to give him my address and telephone number nothing more and that he did not have time to answer my questions?!?! I asked him if it was complete ... It was too hard for him to answer me! How can I ask for a quote, if I don't even have to say yes or no. Why isn't there a secretary answering the phone?!?! Worst customer service, plus the gentleman hang up on me after telling him he was very stupid !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première et dernière expérience avec cet entrepreneur en déneigement. Avant de signer le contrat tout était couleur de rose. Plus chers que les autres en donnant moins de qualité! Il passe trop tard ou il ne passe pas. J'ai du appeler quasiment toutes les tempêtes qui on lieu à date. C'est jamais leur faute; des excuses bidons; ''qu'ils ne sont pas passés car, peut-être que la pancarte était tombée, ils sont déjà passés 2, 3 fois sur votre rue, etc''. Ils ne nettoient pas bien la cour à comparaison d'autres entrepreneurs, . On paie pour un service, on dirais qu'ils sont quasiment obligés de passer. Il n'y a pas un véritable service à la clientèle, ils sont toujours la raison et nous de menteurs.
First and last experience with this snow removal contractor. Before signing the contract everything was pink. More expensive than the others by giving less quality! It is too late or it does not pass. I had to call almost all the storms that are happening to date. It's never their fault; phony apologies; "they did not pass because, perhaps the sign had fallen, they have already passed 2, 3 times on your street, etc.". They do not clean the yard well compared to other contractors,. We pay for a service, it looks like they are almost obliged to pass. There is no real customer service, they are always the reason and we are liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, we pay fees for cleaning the drive way even though we have a tempo but the truck never show up or if they pass they clean very badly, the truck won't spend more than 5 seconds to pass. they don't respect their obligation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy ,been a customer for many years but service had degraded over the years. Again,,the competitor passed a 4 am at my neighbor and my home was still not done at 8:30 am. He waits too long. I leave early in the morning to go to work and I expect it cleared. That's what I pay money for. Sorry ,next year I will change
