★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ménage Pro c'est totalement inacceptable d'envoyer une employée sans aucune expérience à mon domicile. J'aimerais ravoir mon argent si possible. 1 étoile c'est généreux pour ce genre de service.
 Ménage Pro is totally unacceptable to send an employee without any experience to my home. I would like to get my money back if possible. 1 star is generous for this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ignore la qualité de leur travail sur le terrain, MAIS je dois avouer qu'une soumission à 80$ par mois pour un petit 3 1\2 occupé par une personne âgée (très propre, au demeurant), et ce, pour une unique visite mensuelle, ne me le fera JAMAIS savoir... Surtout que leurs services n'incluaient que le dépoussiérage, l'aspirateur et un nettoyage sommaire... Certes courtois pendant la soumission, je dois avouer que me faire dire que si ma mère faisait appel à eux deux fois par mois, ce ne serait que 60$ chaque fois... Ben oui, toi! Si, dans la FAQ, on écrit que 75% des gens paient entre 45 et 85$, j'aimerais bien savoir c'est qui le cave qui paye pour qu'on nettoie son zéro et demi... Navrant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complètement amateur. Lors de l'estimation, ils n'ont jamais regardé le travail à faire. J'ai insisté sur le fait que la salle de bain avait besoin d'un bon ménage mais ils n'ont pas tenu compte de mes demandes. Ils ont passé un linge humide et ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire de plus. C'est tout à fait inacceptable. Ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on lave un plancher. Travail superficiel de qualité médiocre. Tout à fait non professionnel.
Note : Cette compagnie est tellement malhonnête qu'elle invente de fausses accusations pour faire peur à ses clients. L'expérience que je raconte est vraie et exactement comme ça s'est passée.
Completely amateur. When estimating, they never looked at the job to be done. I insisted the bathroom needed a good cleaning but they ignored my requests. They passed a damp cloth and said there was nothing more they could do. This is completely unacceptable. This is not how you wash a floor. Superficial work of poor quality. Quite unprofessional.
Note: This company is so dishonest that it makes up false accusations to scare its customers. The experience I am relating is true and exactly as it happened.

en plus de ne pas avoir les documents pour me faire une facture elle a fait un ménage d'amateur! Aucune poubelle de vidés, la table de salle à diner même pas touché! Certaines armoires de cuisine ont eu la chance d'avoir un petit passage de guenille, mais la majorité n'a pas été touchée! Elle a échappé par terre les accessoires du dessus d'une table de chevet, bouteille d'eau cassée et chandelles amochées.
POUR COURONNER LE TOUT LA FACTURE S'EST ÉLEVÉE À 200$ POUR UN "GRAND MÉNAGE EN PROFONDEUR" ET LA COMPAGNIE MÉNAGE-PRO NE FERA RIEN, CAR ELLE N'EST RESPONSABLE !
I received a visit from a professional cleaning person;
in addition to not having the documents to make me an invoice she did an amateur cleaning! No emptied trash, the dining room table not even touched! Some kitchen cabinets had the chance to have a small passage of rags, but the majority were not touched! She dropped the accessories on the floor above a bedside table, a broken water bottle and damaged candles.
TO TOP IT ALL THE BILL ROSE TO $200 FOR A "BIG DEEP CLEANING" AND THE COMPANY MEANAGE-PRO WILL NOT DO ANYTHING, BECAUSE IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine who's currently using the company's services recommended it to me. Ménage-Pro made life so much easier with my crazy hectic schedule during my business trip to Laval. They delivered great quality cleaning service. They are very professional and attentive to customer needs. I really like it that they are flexible with requests. Over the phone and in person, they really made sure I was satisfied with the service. My standards are high and I appreciate quality. Ménage-Pro doesn't fall short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My work schedule doesn't allow me the time to devout to my 2 bedroom apartment the way I would like. So I found Menage Pro. I'm going on my 2 year with Menage Pro and I've very pleased with the service and the professional manner the run their business. They try to have the same Cleaning Professional/Maid clean your home, which helps for comfort and peace of mind as there is an option for the Menage Pro to have a key to your home. The rates are pretty reasonably. They provide a calendar in advance and work around the schedule you want. One minor draw back, on a couple occasions when I cancelled a cleaning for that week, a Menage Pro still showed. Be mindful to call or email a week in advance if you need to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable and unprofessional! After receiving my first quote, I was rescheduled 5 times with a different excuse each time. I called customer service and requested that another cleaning team be sent, as the first cleaning team was unreliable. The second team asked to reschedule their first meeting. I always like to give everyone a chance but my patience with Ménage Pro was running very low at this point. Then they rescheduled their second appointment and, today, was the third time they cancelled. Did I mention that all cancellations, by both teams, were at the time that they were scheduled to arrive. No advance notice whatsoever. I basically NEVER got a cleaning service from either team after over 2 months of waiting!! I do not recommend Ménage Pro, at least not in the Ville Saint-Laurent area.
