6 months later still no response and I still have marks on my legs from Jess burning me.
Jess business name prior was the lash life
I would like to give a warning to future clients of hers
I prepaid and booked services for laser hair removal
During the treatment I felt spots very hot and hurting I’ve had laser hair removal done prior I knew this was not normal I informed her right away she reassured me I was fine.
After she was done I noticed my skin in the spots that hurt were very red she told me it was totally normal and within 24-48 hours I would notice them fading after weeks I got in touch with other laser techs in the city that told me this was not normal and to ask for her certification for laser treatments she denied to present them and would not refund me my money
I still had about $400 left in treatments
Please do your research before allowing this lady to do any work on you and please do not make the same mistake I did
