I was so scared to go for a procedure. The Dr. Made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever! Left 2 voice mails last week looking for a call back so I could book an appointment for a referral I received. No Call back. Called again today but the line was busy and no voicemail the first 5 times I called, then when I finally got through I was put on hold 5 times then hung upon. The lady that answered was not friendly. Called back again and was but on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

For starters I like most people am not a fan of going to the dentist. But sometimes you have to take care of business. I was referred to Endodontic Specialists by Dr. Robert Feeley of Downtown Dental Centre for a root canal. I simply can't recommend Dr. Glen Partnoy highly enough. He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists every time--it's worth it!

Waited 30 minutes, to be told by Dr. Shedletsky that my tooth pain may be β€œirreversible”, and understandably concerned by this statement, when I asked a question he interrupted and said β€œlet me finish”. I was taken aback by his disrespectful manner of speaking to patients who are dealing with pain and concerns.

Everyone here is spectacular. I had an appointment scheduled to look at a root canal that was starting to give me few problems but from one day to the next I was in extreme pain. I called the office and they got me in to see the endodontist and on antibiotics in the same day. My root canal was scheduled for the week after and it went perfectly. You never want to have to go to see an endodontist but if I have to, this is where I want to go.

My original dentist was having a lot of trouble performing my root canal so he referred me to the specialists at this office. Dr. Shedletsky was very thorough, kind and reassuring and he managed to completely freeze my tooth and do the procedure with ease. Overall I had a great experience at the clinic.

I was referred to this office by my dentist for a consultation regarding some potential dental surgery. At my request, the staff scheduled me for the first appointment of the day since I had to take time out of my work day to travel downtown from Etobicoke for the consultation. I was asked to arrive fifteen minutes early in order to first complete some paperwork prior to my appointment with Dr. Glassman. Despite getting very little sleep the night before, I left my home shortly after 6:30 a.m. to drive to Jane Station, where I spent $10 to park my car for the morning so I could take the subway to the dental office – I felt it would be easier to take the transit rather than try to find parking downtown. I arrived for my appointment at 7:35 and I was the first and only patient in attendance for when the office was opened a few minutes later. After completing the paperwork, I was left to sit in the waiting room for about fifteen minutes before I was brought in to one of the rooms at around 8:12. The dental assistant began asking me why I was there (despite having the referring dentist’s notes right in front of her), but each time I began answering her questions, she would cut me off and not let me finish. I felt it was fair to advise her after her questioning that I am very nervous in dentist chairs due to related past traumas. She showed absolutely no concern and made no attempt to make me feel comfortable. The assistant then arranged to take x-rays of my mouth, so I let her know that I have a sensitive gag reflex, to which she again showed zero concern. Three times she tried to insert the x-ray apparatus in my mouth and each time I gagged; she was quick to show her frustration. After she left the room, I was left to wait (listening to the office’s horrible technopop music, which was anything but soothing) and still Dr. Glassman had not shown up for my 8:00 appointment. The other dental assistant eventually came in and began running down the costs of the consultation and the ensuing dental surgery (also not exactly something to help ease a dental patient’s mind). When I inquired of the whereabouts of Dr. Glassman, since it was now 8:35, the assistant snapped β€œHe’s coming” then she left the room. There were no apologies, no explanations and no updates. After another five minutes, I simply got up and left the office (which is not my style), forty minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Glassman clearly had no respect for my time, despite my efforts to arrive early as requested (and the cost of gas, parking and transit), so I will not trust him with my health. Two weeks later and still no one from the office has attempted to contact me to follow up on why I left that day. It all comes down to an irresponsible, disrespectful dentist, an unfriendly, uncaring staff and a complete waste of my time and money.

I had a bad filling that needed a root canal. I was very anxious and nervous since it was the first and hopefully the last. The staff fit me in for an emergency procedure. They stayed an hour after closing. The procedure was ? painless and the staff are amazing, and kept me calm and comfortable ? Thank you ?
