J	Joel Litwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dot the i's and cross the T's. That's what Modus does. Found it on Google. Wow so happy. Great service and great food. From the bread and seafood appetizers to the pasta and veal, delicious!!!!! Great ambiance too. First time here and definitely not the last.

I had the seafood and pasta which was perfectly coated with a tomato and cheese sauce which did not overtaste the seafood. Highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

The ambiance was nice but in a somewhat empty restaurant, they seated us in the corner where they store the wine. In fact, in the middle of dinner i was asked to move from our table while they searched for a bottle of wine behind our table. The food was cold, ravioli was raw and doughy. For the experience and mediocre food, the bill felt offensively high. Definitely won't return. If you want good italian in the City, there are a host of better restaurants.

My favorites are the grilled calamari, grilled prawns and saffron risottos with seared scallops. Bread and side dishes are also very decent. Highly recommended for business lunch. Service was very attentive and efficient.
