β β β β β Terrible Dr...thanks to him I'm on Dialysis...yelled at me that I had to face that I had a bad back when I had blood Cancer and it was causing brittle bone and shut down my kidneys. If blood tests would have been ordered the 3 different times I went to see him this would have been discovered months before.

β β β β β Dr Millar clearly has no time for you. His bedside manner is plain rude. He never said hello or looked me in the eye. He had me peeing in a cup before I could even tell him the extent of whats going on. The staff was dismissive when I told them the Dr never even chatted with me. The appropriate answer would have been "I'm sorry you feel that way"...I would never recommend this clinic. EVER!!!

β β β β β Took my 3 month old baby here, who was coughing and sneezing and had diarrhea, and they said they wouldn't see her because she wasn't signed up for MSP because we didn't fill out forms from the hospital, that we never received, and if we wanted her seen then we would have to pay them $80. Was told to go to the insurance place to get info. They just gave me papers to mail in to sign up so I went back to the walk in to pay where she then told me that I needed to go get cash to pay. So I left again and came back and finally got to see the doctor where he said our baby was fine and there's nothing I can do. The receptionist was not at all friendly or sympathetic to the situation and seemed to only want money before she could help me and my sick baby. The doctor was nice and friendly with my baby and he did a physical exam on her but didn't give me any solutions as to how to help her congestion. Overall a very frustrating and hopeless experience.

β β β β β Horrible experience with Dr.Miller. A mean and rude man. He got very upset with me for washing my children's hands, after they had played with the dirty waiting room toys. Was able to get a prescription faster than ER, so 1 star.

He really knows his profession and when he is not sure he will look it up or tell you or send you to the appropriate place. He saves the local hospitals and healthcare system here thousands of dollars because he takes a huge portion of people that would otherwise end up in the hospital emergency room.
Yes he is straight to the point, and doesnt exchange unnecessary pleasantries. Remeber he typically has a waiting room full of patients and little spare time !
Know that you have to give respect to get it in return!
So next time you're in the clinic take a few seconds to thank him and his hardworking staff for the service that they provide to our community.
And imagine what it would be like to deal with 100 people a day that have nothing but complaints.

β β β β β I suffer from MDD, Major Depression Disorder, and every half year I have to get blood work done not only that I also have to take suppressants to calm me down. I've seen the great Doctor two times now and he has brushed me off under the rug like a piece of sh**. I have no Idea why...... He looks like an older gentlemen so maybe he is close to retirement and just wants to retire ??? whatever his reason may be he should not be allowed to treat people like this. He told me he does not prescribe suppressants, and he told me with attitude ( NO ) that he does not fill out forms so patients can go get blood work done, He prescribed me 30mg of my Depressants when i take 60mg....... save yourself the head aches and DO NOT GO SEE THIS Doctor....

β β β β β This man is rude, cuts you off mid conversation, speaks over you. Belittles you during your appointment. Told me to βkeep my child backβ during my childβs appointment while he was simply walking around the room. Sick child and does not check his throat, his ears , his temperature, his tonsils.
Should not have a general practice , if you do not have people skills or basic manners.

β β β β β My husband and daughter went to this clinic yesterday July 14th and he was met with an extremely rude office assistant. He didnβt even stay to meet with the Dr because he walked out. He couldnβt get one word in edge wise. She cut him off multiple times and her attitude was outrageous. And it wasnβt just him she was rude too. There was a poor woman in front of him that couldnβt even ask the proper questions to get her WCB paperwork filed out because she was snappy. People who enter a clinic are sick and needing help. When your staff treats them rudely it is a reflection on you as Doctors. She is the face of your business.
