★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grey short haired lady is not very friendly or appreciative at all.
We brought in a bunch of good quality items but what we were met with at the drop-off was a snooty “there’s not much room in here” “ is this stained?” (a duvet in a plastic container) “if people keep bringing so much and putting it at the front...” ( which we didn’t as we were already told nastily by her on the phone, to put it up in the back. She was very snickety on the phone when I called to see if they were taking household items.
My husband and I both had to bite our tongues about her rudeness. I was soooo close to saying “load out stuff back up and we’ll take it somewhere where they will appreciate it!”
I won’t be taking anything back there ever!
I will throw it in the dump before I’d give it to them anymore!
Shameful.
