Hans did a wonderful customer service, explaining very well about the products and Andrew did an awesome installation service. I am very happy with Andrew, as he is very detailed and professional on his work, took thorough inspection after he complete each section/floor.

He safely brought samples to me curbside and allowed me take many of them home. The prices are extremely competitive and many options are in stock and ready to go. I recently reached out to Hans for carpet installation on my basement stairs. I was able to bring measurements to the store and select my carpet. The product arrived when promised and installation was prompt and professional. I am very pleased with both my flooring and stairs. I highly recommend Pickering End of the Roll!
