★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great building in downtown Edmonton. The design and architecture is subtle but classy. The amenities and great : Credo coffee, OEB Breakfast, bike parking, fitness centre, a bike share program for tenants. Also the area outside is great for sitting and enjoying a coffee or lunch during the summer.

It offers a top notch tier of amenities which are appreciated by the clients and property management company. A great place to work and visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building. Love the location right in the middle of downtown. The podium of this building incorporates the facade of Kelly Building and Ramsey Block. A lot of history in this new building. The building is well designed and interesting to look at.
