★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little getaway quietly tucked in the mountains near Field, BC. Most of the rooms have gorgeous views of the lake with lots of nature right outside your door. My only complaint would be that the cost doesn’t quite match the quality of the rooms, given that the average room rate is around $400 a night. But the service from all the staff certainly makes up for most of that. Would love to come back, but can’t justify the price sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay! Go during winter and you’re like living in a snow globe. The lodge rooms are pretty dated however it does have a cozy cabin feel. Favourite was the fire place! Service was also attentive and excellent! The food at the lodge was good quality and decent portion. Took one star off because the pillows were super soft, no support whatsoever and hard to get a good nights rest without my neck being cramped the next day. Aside from that, excellent! Will be checking it out during summer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a wonderful evening at Emerald Lake Lodge! We were there for a girls trip and celebrating my birthday but by the time we got there the kitchen was closed. Our bartender Riley went above and beyond creating a dessert martini with whip cream and a candle (not on the menu) in lieu of cake. About 10 minutes later, he and the manager Richard (?) surprised us with a homemade granola dessert from the kitchen and singing happy birthday.
It was such a personalized experience and we all were over the moon with the level of service and camaraderie offered by Riley and his manager. Not to mention the location is absolutely breathtaking surrounding by mountains!
This is the 3rd year for the girls trip here and my 2nd year on the trip. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!! 5+ stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spot is absolutely breathtaking, there is no doubt about it. The rooms feel like home and the fire place is absolutely entertaining. Some one had mentioned, it feels like you are in snow globe, and thats the best way to describe the location. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean.
You park the car away from the office, but there is a nice shuttle that picks you up and takes you to the main building.
Please keep in mind, you can't bring any food or drinks with you, as they serve food and have a bar. We ate dinner before checking in so it wasn't not an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t even begin to explain how amazing and beautiful this hotel is! The room is amazing, it has a nice fireplace to enjoy a cozy night in, and a WONDERFUL view! The restaurants are also great, with a delicious variety of food and cocktails! Gerardo from the main dinning room and the girl that drives the shuttle bus whose name I sadly don’t remember were particularly friendly and helpful! 10000% recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lake view room, which was amazing! The light snow fall in the morning was very lovely to wake up too. All of the rooms have a nice fireplace and warm, comfortable bedding. The coffee is delicious as well! We can’t wait to come back in the summer time. The shuttle picks you up the cabin, takes you to the main lobby to check in. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful landscape with little or no wifi except for in the main lodge, and no television in out room. The lake view vista from our room was breathtaking and it was the middle of February. I can imagine it's just as breathtaking in summer months. The release from being connected was very relaxing. Hotel amenities were fine and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant breakfast menu was delicious with lots of choice. Good for a gluten-free diet. Great stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights at the beginning of January. If I was rating just the staff and the atmosphere I would have given 5 stars for sure. Chloe took care of us in the lounge the first night and she made us feel right at home. Thanks girl! For our lunch the next day Alicia had us in stitches and just like the night before the food was to die for. Our second evening we had an amazing dinner in the dining room with top notch service by Felicia and before and after dinner entertainment by Durrant Williams and Chloe at the bar. If only we could have done the garbage bag crazy carpet idea. Next time ;). This place is truly magical even in the freezing cold. I gave it a 4 star only for room cleanliness, not being able to use the hot tub or the outdoor fire pit. But by no means did I not feel comfortable staying in the room. The cabins are sweet and cozy and the fireplace is something you can’t get very many places. We will be returning for sure. Thank you to everyone who made our getaway a real treat it was truly a winter wonderland.
