Rapids Tubing. $120 for 2 people. ( All in ) Overpriced, boring. 2 big rapids for the first 10 minutes. Flat slow water that pushes you into the rocks for the remaining 30 minutes. Had to stand up and readjust multiple times. Crowded, bumping into other tubes. 50% of the Tubing is walking. Owner is on here writing huge responses to disagree with negative reviews which makes them look way worse. Why not take what people are saying seriously and address obvious issues?

Showed up 20 mins early. So went fit a walk down the street. Did not have a warm welcome, more of an assembly line greeting, however it was quick and painless. Life jackets had an odor. We used mostly closed bottom tubes with our group of 5. The 15 min walk would be a speed walker. Gee certainly took us longer, but doable. Wore water shoes for the first walk, changed into running shoes and that kept my feet in less pain. River is fantastic. We really enjoyed it. I think next time we would just rent at the at the park, as their equipment was right there, and seemed easier and also cheaper per person. Enough for a big Mac meal. Having said that I did see people with their own tubes too. The park staff were helpful and it was a very fun day.

Giving a 2 star for the beginning part of the small rapids which were quite scenic. We were told that there would be kayakers to escort us when the waters got still. The waters weren't still, they were a back current taking us away from the end of the ride, the 'escort' service was paddling halfway down the back current watching us float away to a stand still. We ended up swimming in the filthy water 500+ meters against the current before getting any help. I would definitely stay away, at least from the small rapids. Everyone in our group said we wouldn't do it again.

The staff was greeting getting everyone organized and instructons with equipment but that's it. There should be staff at the launch spot. There should be a mega caution the first rapid is ROUGH ! If you are nervous walk down stream. Nothing like spending the rental equipment fee, per person wristband to enter the water $20 fee, enter the park fee $15.... for my son to get so freaked out 30 seconds in and banged up (pretty decently both of us) after the first one to not go a step further, so up stream and out we go. With support at waters edge, you will help manage the flow of tubes and people. Lots of money wasted today. Back home with massive headaches and bruised up knees. Lessen learnt.

This was our third year in a row renting from Elora Rapids. Always a fantastic experience! Really friendly service and quick and easy to pick up equipment. They moved to a new location which is very close to the park entry. Their tubes are better than the ones at the park because they have an actual seat. Will be back again!

Had a blast for my birthday weekend, the rental tubes kept our bums out of the cold water.. (instead of renting through the park, and being in the water the entire time) which was a big bonus in my eyes!! The staff at the tube pickup location were very friendly, and explained everything from safety and equipment, to the additional fees at the park. The pickup location was about a minute away from the park, and was super easy to find! Will definitely be back!

Had a great time. We did the “little rapids”. My best advice is wear secure shoes. My sister and I both lost our shoes (thankfully found them down the river). The rocks are sharp and slippery so having good foot wear would be a huge benefit. There is some rugged footing getting in and out of the water as well. Worth the extra money to book here over the park as I had to reschedule 3 times due to weather and they accommodated each time. Just contact before 7 pm the day before. Leave yourself lots of time to enjoy the lovely views and the peaceful river. The kayakers who pull you the last portion are hero’s and much appreciated!!

We went here for a bike tour of the area before attending Riverfest. The booking process was seamless. The bicycle equipment was beautiful, clean, and ready to use as soon as we arrived (we were 15 minutes early). Even the water provided in the mounted bottles was fresh and cool! The speaker and bike set up was excellent. No special equipment (bike shoes, bike shorts etc) was needed - we both wore sandals. The GPS and audio were easy to follow, very clear, and informative. The tour itself was a bit of the town and a bit of the country side. The ride was easy and comfortable. The owner was friendly and supportive, making sure we were able to navigate the bike, GPS, and streets before leaving us to explore on our own. Returning the bikes was incredibly easy too.
