I tried two of his suggestions and fixed my own oven! He saved me time and money - EXCELLENT customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I believe it's a one man operation & I think the guy's name is Ray or Ron. I've used EAS 2 times now, once for a broken washing machine & just recently for a broken dryer. I had to wait 6 days (4 working days) for the next available appointment, but we didn't mind & just dried our clothes outside on a clothesline. Both times he was able to repair my machines for a very reasonable price. He was very honest & professional. Offers a 90 day warranty on parts & labour. Highly recommended. I hope I don't need to worry about fixing any more appliances, but if I do I'll be using EAS.
