★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find! This spa is a must-visit if you live in downtown Toronto. The garden area is magical, and the complimentary infrared sauna helped improve my sinus headache. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job. Can't wait to visit again!

She was very informative and helpful in recommending the right services to ensure my experience at Elmspa is perfect. She was very professional, patient and offered suggestions for hotels, attractions and restaurants to visit during my staycation. I can't wait for my day of pampering ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a way to refresh and get back into the world after being in Lockdown forever I highly recommend going to Elmspa. I only went for a Mani/Pedi and considering the new normal is temperature check-ins and million “do you have symptoms” questions, it was a painless transition. The staff is lovely and really knowledgeable, the spa is really clean and well maintained and yes I left relaxed and human again. Thank you for a fantastic experience. (I love the Muskoka room)

The waiting area is very relaxing, done up very beautifully, and has water and gala apples, and the apples are in a bag and neatly placed on a platter. And then the services themselves are fantastic. It's over the top professional, courteous, and attentive. Highly highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the beginning I was greeted and welcomed and had polite and genuine service. My aromatherapy massage was amazing and the masseuse listened and paid attention to the areas that I was having issues with. My deluxe pedicure was amazing and I love the new colours that they had for summer. It was a great day and I will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An oasis in the downtown core! I love Elmspa. The staff are so amazing and I always feel rejuvenated after my massages and the infrared sauna session. It is a small place but there is everything you need. The front desk always welcomes me with tea or remembers me (hi Sarah) and I just love that it is truly a healing space. A great alternative to its sister, Elmwood Spa. In terms of massages, Andre, Damaris and Isaac are wonderful, though I'm sure all the staff are equally talented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our experience at elm spa. Its location is very suitable if you are living anywhere in downtown. As we got to the location, the staff there were so welcoming and kind - they took our bags for me and placed it in a secure location while we had our massage. The place was very COVID friendly. They provided us with a robe and flip flops during my time at the spa. Before our appointment, they welcomed us to relax in the garden room where we were offered water and enjoyed the calming environment. We got the 80 min aromatherapy massage and it was so worth it. Andre the RMT was amazing and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and it made us feel relaxed leaving. It is worth every penny.
